I'm always a little nervous letting a stranger come to my home to complete work since I live alone, but the Centurion technician was amazing. The system he installed was high tech with tons of features (like a key fab tag in pink!) and he completed the work quickly and was so polite and friendly. He was very informative while installing my system, explaining everything he did and answering all my questions. I've had the system for several months now, and on one occasion I forgot to lock an interior door that was alarmed. I have two cats that pushed the door open and set the sensors off resulting in a siren. I received a call from Centurion monitoring center within seconds making sure everything was ok and had an immediate notification sent to my cell phone through the mobile app. The system has proven to be reliable and the personallized customer service is unheard of anymore (when you call you talk to a REAL human!) I highly recommend Centurion to anyone looking to protect their home.
