The service was excellent- from booking to delivery. I was very pleased. This is a company who puts the customer first. The movers were on time and did not waste any time. Manifest Shipping did an excellent job. They were communicative, prompt, and friendly. I hired them to go to Columbus to pack up my daughter's apartment for her to move home. They arrive in Columbus on time and arrived at my home in Mason as expected. They were careful, courteous and asked if there was anything else they could help with. I will definitely call them again when the next move happens in my family.

It turned out to be a bit more than quoted and we were not able to get our sofa into the apartment so we sacrificed that to the movers. Overall, they were quick and pleasant guys who asked where we wanted things and were very courteous.

Manifest exceed our expectations! They arrived on time to start the moving process, they came with plenty of help, very efficient, polite, dressed professionally and eager to help. They gave us an approximate time they would be arriving to our new address and once again they were on time. Not once did I hear any complaining about the 15 stairs they had to climb hauling up numerous heavy boxes and very heavy furniture and I even told them that I had brought our extra food and not 1 egg was broken:) I would definitely (highly) recommend Manifest for any moving needs and my husband and I will be using them in the near future again. The crew were fantastic. Very polite, professional. They treated my belongings as if it were their own. Very pleased with the service they provided. And Andrew was very professional and polite as well. Very good company and crew. Would recommend them to anyone and I'd definitely would use them again. You won't be disappointed.

The move started at 10am with one person, the owner, showing up. it ended at 8:30pm even though the drive was only five minutes between places. The other movers showed up closer to 11am, and they all moved very slowly. I thought this meant they were careful. However, I ended up with a visible dent in the wall of the house I'm closing on soon (that now needs fixed), and they dropped my new $4,000 sofa right before they brought it in the house at the threshold of the living room. The mover literally said, "I'm going to drop this" and it slammed against the ground. The leather was visibly damaged and I have no idea if there's damage to the structure of the couch yet. The second owner who I spoke to over the phone at the end offered to take $200 off the bill for this? Now that it's going through their insurance--they offer insurance you can pay for--he said it will probably only be a $200 reimbursement. What's the point of insurance? The owner who arrived at 10am left about 3pm. He kept taking business calls while he was there that I'm assuming paid for since I was paying $200 an hour for his time. Even though I was supposed to have four movers, he left at 3 to take another job. And he left part of my kitchen--an entire pantry--unpacked and, when I discovered this, I had to quickly pack it that night. So I was left with 3 movers, one of them extremely disgruntled. It was highly awkward. I've moved several times and have never had an experience like this. Usually, there's a friendly rapport with the group--didn't really happen here with the exception of one of the movers. At the end, I did not get the one thing I hired the movers for--taking apart a treadmill and putting it back together. They said they were tired and worried they'd dent the wall in my new place, so they left it in the garage. I told them I didn't want a treadmill set up in my garage, so they left it in parts. And I paid $2, 900.

They did a great job moving my mother's stuff into my house which had little room available. Dodging heavy rain.

Andrew and his team were on time and hustled all day to move our complete household in very good time. The move was about 75 miles and they used 2 large trucks. They were careful with all our items and didn’t mind rearranging furniture a couple times. The entire crew was courteous & friendly. Not one bit of damage or complaint occurred. We highly recommend them.

Yesterday we moved to new house the guys been vey very helpful I would give them 100 out of 10 very professional super careful they did to trip moving so many box’s and furniture to brand new house did not damage any thing very very careful that handles the moving with care and smiley face Young guys super polite and professional Andrew the guy I contact was great boos they are super super good they made my day with my new house . They did a great job moving our 4 bedroom house into storage. Very professional and friendly staff. Excellent communication. We had other movers cancel on us last minute and Manifest was able to save the day. If you're looking for a dependable mover, these are your guys.

Wonderful. They moved my possessions from two storage units to my new home. They text me to let me know when they were a couple minutes out. They sent three people. We were able to get the job done in the allotted amount of time. The movers were polite, professional and careful with my possession. I would definitely hire them again.

I have used them a couple times, once for some furniture moving between houses and another time for furniture pickup from a store. The guys are always polite, well groomed and friendly. I felt sorry for the last move because it was an 11' dining table but they knocked it out. Will definitely use them for any future moves.
