+ -1 moreIt went fine but what i didn't appreciate was his inquiry about bed bugs and how he can irradicate them. He asked if i had them or if any of my neighbors did and were willing to admit it. Felt very uncomfortable.
Description of Work: He eliminated a wasp/hornet's nest on the front of my house.

+ -1 moreI called David yesterday, and we made an appointment for today. He was on time, professional and a vast source of information. He quickly identified where the pests were coming in, explained what he was going to do, and then took the time to explain to my husband via phone how to close off the access points. I would highly recommend David to anyone who has any kinds of pest problems. He will definitely be my go to guy in the future!!

+ -1 morecals and when I forgot to get the plates off a couple of receptacles, they came back to put desacating poweder in the ooutlets. I am very please with the results and the price. I would recommend them for anyone with bug problems.
Description of Work: i had bedbug extermination. I had one treatment and had only 2 bedbugs that showed up in the bathroom...one dead and one dying. After the second treatment, I saw no bedbugs, but a lot of spiders came out of hiding. I asked for a third treatment to finish killing any spiders in the house. I waited to start cleaning 30 days after the last treatment--standard procedure for bedbugs(30 day cycle). I have no spiders and no bedbugs now. There is a lengthly process to prepare but you have to do this no matter what with bedbugs. I am still cleaning but what a relief I have no bugs or spiders!!. M4 was considerate of my sensitivity to chemicals and they are the only place that has little hangers to hang in your closet for a year to keep bugs away. It is very convenient and easy to do. I bought extra for my daughters who were having spider issues in there apartments and they are very pleased. Very honest and concientious company!!

+ 0 moreHe is really great. He does a lot more than just pest control. He's a jack of all trades. I've only used him once but I will definitely use him again for plumbing and other small jobs. He's a really nice guy. His prices are really good as well.
