Repaired a leaking toilet and installed a new kitchen faucet. Showed up when he said he would and immediately got started on the work. Was professional and courteous.

He did not have the ability or equipment to unclog our drains. However, he blindly attempted to use a snake to unclog the drains. His work was unsuccessful. He left abruptly while leaving everything undone and a mess. He said he would return but never called or came back. After he left we had a new leak under our bathroom sink and other problems including electrical. I called him to get his insurance information to report the damages and he hung up.

He did a great job installing new faucets in my bathroom. Cleaned up very well after he was done. Even came right back the next day to fix a drainpipe that busted. Friendly and courteous service. Would hire him again.
