H & S CONSTRUCTION

Scott was extremely professional and surpassed our expectations on work done. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again.

It was fine. It took a little longer than I thought but people run into problems. They finished the job unlike most contractors.

The estimate provided by Hand S Construction was very reasonable. The representative that came out was very nice and professional. When we are ready to get our flooring done, Hand S will probably be the ones to do it.

After rescheduling for a date about a week after originally planned, H and S appeared on time and completed the installation in the two planned days. Work included removing and disposing of old counter tops and sink, installing granite counter tops and new sink. The results looked good and the kitchen was left cleaned up.

Very nice, very professional, very chatty, knowledgable, but I could have gotten installed for much less. They were going to do some additional work, ending up not required and that was way overpriced also.

Scott did a great job replacing approx. 52" of bad exterior wood window sills and brick molding on my house. He was prompt to schedule an appointment, had a good price, and completed the work quickly once I asked him to start the job. His attention to detail is very good. He matched up to the existing trim work exactly, and recommended using aluminum to cap the new wood, so it doesn't need to be painted again. A great job!

The problems we ran into was the size of the shower and our available space. Scott worked with us to find the right fit.

Scott showed up on time for the estimate and completed the work as scheduled, on time, and very quickly (was it only two weeks?). He cleaned up thoroughly and then returned immediately to correct some extremely minor issues that weren't even problems. He was at all times respectful and polite to the elderly woman who owned the house and willingly and patiently worked around her dialysis schedule. I contracted with him from out of state, and he communicated regularly with me by email and phone and even sent pictures of the bathroom taken with his iphone. I can't think of one negative thing to say about H and S Construction except that I wish all construction outfits were of this caliber.

It went great. Scott was very fair on his quotes, always tried to find the better deal from his suppliers. He came to my home and discussed every detail of the kitchen. Gave some wonderful suggestions and didn't try to push me into getting something I really didn't want. He worked in stages and did not stop until that one stage was done. He tore out my old cabinets and old three pane kitchen window. Built a new soffet and installed a new kitchen window. Put in my new cabinets, a granite counter top and oak crown molding in the whole kitchen and small hallway. He also installed a new kitchen sink, back-splash and laid a new vinyl floor, and really important was he cleaned up as he went. My kitchen is beautiful. I recommend him highly.
