These folks are friendly and honest. The work was completed fairly soon after I notified them I had selected them out of the three bids I received. Their price was very fair. They cleaned up around the area the work was done at. Suggestions: We did discuss this, so Moises is already aware. It is best when you cannot keep an agreed upon time to notify the customer being respectful of their time. Thanks for a job well done. It is now nearly 1 year later and I have found that one end of one panel was not connected correctly, therefore was falling down when I was painting it with a sealer. So, I called them, not once but 3 times, actually speaking with someone once and we had a bad connection so we agreed they would call me back which has never been done, so I have had to fix it myself. Therefore I have to change my evaluation. Do unto others what you would have them do to you.

After 3 quotes, Zaragoza's was the lowest. They used quality materials and completed the job in a timely manner, other than some delay caused by bad weather. I would recommend them due to the quality of the completed job.

We needed our living room ceiling repaired. It was just awful. The prior owners were terrible DIY plus there were stains from a leak in the upstairs bathroom. It is a large room. In a nutshell, it was a big job. We got three quotes and Zaragoza Constructions was in the middle, but only slightly more than the lowest and significantly lower than the highest. We decided to go to Zaragoza because Moises, the owner, took time to explain the process and competently answered our questions (the lowest quote person did not). They accommodated my schedule and started a few weeks when I would not be traveling / working. The first day, they covered everything with plastic in order to keep the mess contained. They even rolled out paper from the front door to the room they were working on to avoid making a mess. What really impressed me is that the employee, I think his name was Roberto, thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day. They removed the paper and plastic each day, vacummed, and wiped down everything as they left. They took an extra day than planned, but they explained that the plaster was not dry enough to apply the texture. If they proceeded then it was likely that it would eventually fall off. I was fine with that. I would rather have something done correctly than something done carelessly. The end result looks amazing. I still cannot believe the difference. They even matched the ceiling texture with the other rooms (for some reason our living had popcorn texture... I am so happy it is gone now). They even removed paint on the moldings around the ceiling that the prior owners slapped on! I highly recommend them. They are very professional and do excellent work. We are planning to use them again in the future.

There were multiple scheduling issues. The work done is ok but not what we had imagined it to be and they did a poor job of cleaning up afterwards. I had to thoroughly clean my bathroom of drywall residue and the carpets.

Very reliable. I have had an unusual problem with a poorly constructed deck. It was complicated by issues with the original contractor... As winter approached I was lucky to have found Zaragoza Construction on the Better Buisness Site. My deck is beautiful and now has a secure foundation. I am going to hire them again for another home project.
