Before seeking three quotes to replace my 30+ year old roof, I asked for advice from my son who is a contractor in another area. His best "friends-and-family" estimate was nearly the same as Tri State's very competitive quote so I decided to go with Tri State. Todd Moore from Tri State advised that he was scheduling 4-6 weeks ahead (weather permitting) and, 5 weeks out, Todd called to set an immediate start date just as he predicted. The polite and friendly crew showed up on time and worked diligently despite the mid-90s heat, protected plants and other landscaping, discovered and replaced two damaged roof sheets and cleaned up on completion. The job took three working days interrupted by a rain day. The job was just finished on Tuesday 14 Aug so I can't really verify long term effectiveness yet but I'm optimistic based on the perceived quality of work and Todd's assurances that Tri State would honor any call-backs.

The work on the roof actually appears to be very good. The employees and Todd were all very courteous, polite, and professional. However, towards the end of the project Todd approached me about a problem. He said he had mis-quoted the job, and his quote was for a standard window wrap, but my windows were ornate. He said the error would cost him $2,000. He offered an alternative - he said he would just wrap the bottom sill of all of the windows, since that was where he thought the issues I was having were. I felt bad for Todd, and he was telling me his solution would solve the problem, so I agreed with this proposal (though this was never documented, the original documents still say the windows are to be flashed and wrapped). 2 years since the work was done, my windows are leaking and Todd is not taking any responsibility because the windows are leaking at the top, and he did not do any work on the top of the windows. He's ignoring the fact that the reason he did not touch the top of the windows is because he advised me not to, so that he would not lose money. Todd is unwilling to accept any responsibility for this, and has a distinctly different recollection of these events. Please be VERY careful dealing with this company, and if anything changes from the original contract make sure it is documented. Todd seems like a good guy, but I think he made a mistake, scrambled a bit so he would not lose money, and when it came back to bite him he refused to take any responsibility. Todd knew I was hiring him to do this work because I had water leaks in my house. I'm not a roofer, I do not install windows, I am relying on Todd's experience and expertise in these areas. He is the professional. A good contractor would have made the customer aware of the issues he found, and made every effort to resolve them. Instead, I feel Todd was motivated by something other than customer service.

Todd Moore came same day I called to give us estimate. Workers were prompt friendly and courteous. One of the downspouts I wasn't sure would work for me so they reinstalled it. I am happy customer.

Todd and his crew were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and did a great job. We are very happy with our new roof and it looks so amazing that it inspired us to want to do more to spruce up our yard. The final price was as quoted (as all of our underlying wood was still good). The crew did a great job cleaning up and the dumpster was hauled away within half an hour of the job being completed. We would definately recommed Tri - State and would use them again.

I called two agencies for an in-person price quote, hours after the gutters came undone. After speaking with Todd Moore, Tri-State Windows & Siding LLC's agent, I called the first agency to cancel, mainly because of Todd's clear, straightforward style with emphasis on customer satisfaction. He showed up promptly the next day, which was Friday, with a firm, satisfactory estimate. He gave two possible project dates, being the following Monday or Tuesday. Because the next significant winter storm's forecast was for that following Monday around 4pm, I was surprised and impressed the crew showed up around 1:00 PM and were done in less than an hour before any new snowfall. I and my wife took a look outside and were quite satisfied. Since Todd required no deposit, I mailed the entire payment via post mail after a phone call assuring that I and my wife were really pleased with the quick service, especially before the next significant snow storm.

Called Tri-State for an estimate and they were able to come out same day and arrived right on time. Did a walk through of the house and garage and got an estimate on the spot for the work. I decided to have the work done and was very impressed. Tri-State went to the trouble of bringing over more color samples for the gutters so we could match the house and garage color perfectly. That attention to detail was very much appreciated. The work was completed quickly and right on schedule. I would definitely call Tri-State for again when I need to have work done that they do.

we originally just wanted our new windows done but were so happy with both the price and quality of work we decided to go ahead and replace our roof. the roof ended up to be much more work then we thought but Todd was very fair in splitting the additional cost and labor. overall we were very happy with the work and have since recommended him to many of our friends. It is scary when ever you hire any contractor to do work in your home but we were very happy with everything.
