Description of Work: Tried numerous times to contact the company and setup alarm service, which the previous owners of the home used. After multiple no shows, no call backs, etc; just decided to go with ADT. ADT was expensive to get a whole new system, but it's a better upgraded technology. If they can't respond to a new customer who wants service, I would not want to trust them to keep my home secure.

+ -1 moreBy the way . . . a few years ago we had a lightening strike that blew out many devices in our home and had to replace the security system and at that time Transtar was also there on time and did a fantastic job. These people care. And it shows in results.
Description of Work: While replacing our windows, I forgot all about the security system. I called on a Thursday at 4:30 and Brian from Transtar was here at 8:00 AM in the morning. He ran the wiriing into the new windows and we worked together to make sure that the alarm worked as it should. Brian B. was not just professional, but also respectful and personable. You definatley want to use this company for your securtiy needs.

Description of Work: We use Transtar for electrical work in my house. Last year they put a generator and this year they did some electrical wiring work. They were here last in September.
