Terrible! The owner was late and the promise work was never done. There was substandard workmanship, the owner lied to us repeatedly and it said that work was done - that was never done. We had to threaten to withhold payment until the work was done properly, some work was redone to a minimal standard. Gates were installed in the fencing that are completely in operable, fence posts are sagging which were supposed to be set in concrete. A stump was left unground, extensive landscaping was left incomplete and some was not completed at all. We were lied to repeatedly. The owner promise to fix all the problems and then after receiving payment blocked her phone number so we were unable to follow up and get the problems fixed.

He did not complete the job. He took one tree down removed the brush and the wood. He cut the other tree down, left the brush and the wood. He came back one week later and took the brush but not the wood. We put the wood on Craig's List and all of it but one piece was taken. He stills has not ground the stumps. He did not complete the job that I paid him to do. He asked for a $500. deposit which I gave him. He came back the next day for the rest of the money and still to this day has not finished the job.
