Description of Work: SPECTACULAR, FRIENDLY, WELL TRAINED, POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE...I can't say enough about Toledo Water. |We bought a new water/ice dispensing refrigerator. After we got it we found out our 2004 Kinectico RO system was out of date and didn't have adequate pressure to make ice cubes (2 a day LOL) We called our former dealer in Fremont - Superior Water, they were bought by Findlay kinetico dealer. Loved our Fremont service, so we called Findlay they simply acted disinterested, even put out by having to drive "all" the way here as if this was driving off the face of the earth and wanted to charge us mileage, even though they still had the store in Fremont and offered no rebate on the old system or same as cash for this product failure to pay for it. I asked, send someone from Fremont, response the Fremont store only does supplies? OK, so I read the reviews online and tried Toledo Water. The secretary was very nice, enthusiastic that it wasn't too far to drive 50-55 minutes out here, informed about their product and what they could offer. Owner called me back short time later, equally as professional. He honestly explained that the product I had was about 7 year old technology in which Kinetico updated in 2007ish because of the high pressure tech refrigerators. He even apologized for our original 900.00 expense on a relatively new product to our home a short time and offered us a 300.00 trade rebate on a new Kinetico RO. They were on time, he showed me how to change the 3 filters in this system, even thought ahead to put long enough water lines so we can service the kitchen sink area easily and OFFERED for free to run the new line to my refrigerator for us- saving us a planned job and time! All for the charge on the new system (I had checked the prices by then with other dealers-no extra charges here and a trade in rebate). Since it was an unexpected expense on top of a refrigerator that died expense, he offered me a short term same as cash to pay for this unexpected expense. Admittedly I was very frustrated with my great tasting expensive Kinetico water in the previous system being outdated so quickly, but I have a 25 year old Kinetico softner that proves its worth investing again in. I love this updated Kinetico system and it more than supplies ample water to my cooking, drinking, keeps up with refrigerator/ice needs in my home. | |Every year I call and they even ship my filters to my home, saving me a trip to Toledo for 1 item. I can't give ENOUGH praise for the thorough, honest and professional service I've received. I would buy from them again.
