Toledo New Bath and Kitchen

It was the worst service of anything I've ever had. It was horrible. They weren't responsive with phone calls. It took them over 6 months to actually complete it. They first said it would take a week to complete. It was right before Christmas when we hired them and we told them we didn't care if they waited to start after Christmas.They never ordered the stuff we needed. They put in the wrong sink. At the end, I just wanted them out of my house! They workmanship was not that great. The price was okay compared to the quotes we got. No one came to oversee the job. There was no supervision. It was unorganized.

We do have a problem, and they are coming out Friday to look at it. It was quick, and I did not feel like I communicate with the guy who put it in. He closed the door and got to work. He left a mess before he put the shower in and we had to clean all of that out. He is not careful, he scratched my toilet and my floor but those are things you can not prove, so you just let it go. They could have let us have more communication back and forth. The caulking is not all the same color with the white and is discolored. I keep it meticulously clean. They have been responsive, but it has been over a week and we are waiting for them to come out. I know my bathroom, I had a brand new toilet seat and he put something on it and dragged it and scratched it. My floor is chipped, there were some but after he left there were a lot more.
