Description of Work: Tiny Tom came out to clean and inspect our chimney. The service tech was punctual and performed his service in less than an hour. He took time to explain his findings. He also explained proper use of the fireplace and gave us some safety tips. He took the time to answer all of our questions and seemed very knowledgeable on the subject. My only complaint is that they didn't respond to my Angie's list inquiry, so give them a call.

Description of Work: "Tiny Tom" performed a basic cleaning and visual inspection of my fireplace and chimney (1-1/2 story pre-fab 1978 fireplace). Al arrived about 20 minutes early (which was fine by me!) He was professional, yet personable. He explained what he was doing and took care of business (it probably was around 30 minutes from start to finish). He pointed out a few maintenance/repair items that I could do now to avoid costly repairs later, which I appreciated. The only negative was the 30% increase in price for the same service this year over last year ($129 this October versus $99 last October).
