The owner Tim took $4200 up front and refused to do the work. After Months of excuses and no shows I showed up at his business listed on Stateline Rd. He eventually dropped off the equipment which was listed for a total of approximately $1400 on Amazon and Walmart and said he would be back the next day to install everything. That was in the summer and it is now going into December. He now refuses to do the installation or refund my money. Buyer Beware. Tim also told me after a threatened court that Thermo Pro went bankrupt and is no longer and entity.

Definitely avoid this company. I had the install a new AC unit. They did a poor job and it was leaking through my ceiling. It is costing me more than double to have it fixed. The real professionals that are fixing it cannot believe the poor job that Thermopro did. They do not stand behind their work and have refused to make it right.

Well I bought my home a couple weeks back. It had central air but someone had broke in and stole the copper line or the previous homeowners took it with them , not sure which. Anyway, I was having a fourth of July party on Monday and wanted to get the air going so I called around to get some estimates. Well come to find out copper isn't cheap! So my final call was to Tim and Jay from ThermoPro, they were $300. - $400 less than some of the other companies in town. So I went with them, boy they were courteous, professional and ON TIME. They were here about 2 hours (money well spent). Happy to say my A/C runs perfect now and my fourth of July party was great! I am extremely satisfied with Tim and Jay's work and highly recommend them. Will absolutely use ThermoPro again. Call them, I'm happy I did! ThermoPro - 419-283-2106
