Terry quoted me a very fair price for replacing our garage door, did the work when promised, cleaned up after himself, and was very professional. I am entirely pleased with their service.

Terry arrived exactly when scheduled, less than 18 hours after I called to schedule the repair. He was pleasant and professional, worked very efficiently, and had the parts needed right in his truck. He would be the first one I'd call if service or repairs are needed in the future.

It went great...there was a problem with the seal a few weeks later, but Terry cam right back and fixed the problem with no additional cost!

I tried opening my garage door and it would go up about 2 inches and then right back down. Obviously something was wrong so I called Terry's Garage Doors to come take a look. As soon as he got there he noticed it was the larger spring across the top that had cracked in half. He had the part right on his truck so he was able to fix it right then and there. It took him all of about an hour to replace that part and he was on his way. He was friendly, courteous and helpful since he gave me some tips on how to maintain the springs in a good condition. Highly recommend.

Service was performed quickly and professionally. While there Terry spotted a older piece that he recommended should be replaced in addition to the lift arm. Made sure everything worked properly to my satisfaction. Price was very reasonable and less expensive than other vendors wanted to just come out and look at it. He had all the parts necessary to do the job.

From the get-go, Terry was a professional, providing cost-benefit analyses for multiple scenarios of repair and replacement. He even gave me advice on what to do for wall repair. Terry took his time to analyze the situation and answer my needs rather than attempting to oversell or "force" a situation. He provided excellent, detail-oriented service, fixing the door, checking the opener, fixing and lubricating the tracks, and ensuring good operation. First off my garage door only had one torsion spring on it. The service man explained to me that one spring should last me something like 20,000 revolutions( one time up & down) or 10 plus years like my old one lasted. The price for one spring installed was $179.00 For another $70 I could go with the dual springs which should last me over 50,000 or so revolutions or at least double the life. I myself didn't want to have to deal with this again anytime soon so I opted for the dual spring setup. The service man then checked my rollers, garage door opener, and lubed my hinges that I neglected to do for the past 10 years. Everything is working quietly and smoothly now.

I cannot recommend Terry's highly enough. Fast, prompt, courteous service you don't find anymore. Terry came out two hours after I called and had the problem fixed in an hour on one of the coldest days in January. If you need garage door service, Terry's is the place to call. Sign me a very happy customer!!

I had one broken spring and they replaced both of them. The guy showed up on time and was very professional. The springs were under warranty because they had replaced both springs a couple of years ago. I was only charged for the labor. He checked all rollers and the motor.. All I can say is these guy's treat you right. .

Wow, this guy blew me away with his punctuality, professionalism, and his attitude. Not only was he nice enough to NOT point out what a idiot I was for accidentally disconnecting the door opener, but he found a LOT of problems that had he not noticed for me, I never would have thought were broken. He fixed them quickly, and even screwed down the openers on the wall which had come loose, and also cleaned up the wires at the bottom of the door. I cannot recommend Terry enough to anyone who wants efficient, quality service. I know who to call next year when I am going to replace my garage door.

This is the second time that we have used this company and both times went well. Scheduling is quick, and he seems to be able to come within a day or so. If you know what's wrong, the scheduler can provide an estimate on the phone. They seem to have set prices for common garage door repair issues. He recognized the problems and fixed them within an hour. He did discuss weighing repair costs and age of the garage door opener with the cost of replacement. We will call this provider if we have another problem because at this point, we should replace if it breaks again!
