This was on a Sunday afternoon. While attempting to repair our toilet the supply line valve broke off. Water everywhere! Had to shut off the Main so no water to the entire house! We called three "24/7" plumbing services and no one was available. One suggested we call T&J. While we did have to wait they were able to call someone in to come out. He arrived, had to locate parts for our older plumbing and go pick them up. Got it replaced and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and would use again!

Called about a leaky Fossett valve they came out if they did have to tear out the bathroom bathtub enclosure and it would be about $1200 and then put the clothes you're back on the wooden repair any of the drywall around it. Called another company they came out said that it was the Delta faucet which means it could be be built said the parts were expensive but wouldn't have to tear anything out $150 later I have a repaired faucet and $1050 still in the bank

I was very impressed with the gentleman who fixed my problem in the middle of the night and I will gladly use T&J for all of my future routine plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

It went well. Cost more than expected, but it needed to be done to satisfy the City's requirement. The estimate I got was over the phone and should've had him come out. I'd have probably had a more accurate idea of what the end cost would be.

It's clogged up again, so it wasn't a good job, but I paid them for that.

My mother had a gas leak and the gas company said that piping needed to be replaced. They came the next day and stayed quite close to the estimate, even being a few dollars cheaper. The gas company came back for the re-check and said that they did terrific work. My nephew is a plumber in the Columbus, Ohio area and he said their rates were standard--perhaps a tad on the high side, but it is a different market, so it was certainly in the ballpark. The quality of the work, and their responsiveness, made up for that. Many people did not even return calls. Obviously, it was a job nobody else really wanted to touch. Two other companies didn't even bother to return phone calls. I would definitely call them again.

t. The night before I flew to Arizona to graduate from doctoral school, I had 4 inches of water in my basement. One guy came out at 11: 00 p.m. and tried and tried for about 45 minutes to an hour to clear the pipe, but was not getting anywhere, so I told him to just come back in the morning.I left them an entrance into the house to work on it the next day and left for Arizona. They found that the city pipe to the main sewer collapsed. They called me (I was in O"Hare airport) and let me know that they faxed the city to tell the city to get out and check the pipe. I called the city to get them to come out immediately (the city said they have 48 hours from the notification). The plumbers also called the city back because it was going to rain hard and I would have 8 inches of water in my basement. So, finally the city attorney called me and I told her that they had to get out there pronto or I would lose my furnace and hot water heater if any more water came in the basement. The attorney got the city crew out the next day. The plumbers checked on it through the whole ordeal and then the owner called me to let me know that the water was out of the basement and my basement was dry. I did the graduation walk with a smile instead of a worry that my basement would be completely flooded. Another time, my shutoff valves burst and it was raining in my basement (yea really). They came out right away and took care of that before my basement was completely wet. They were kind when they told me that my main shut off valves had to be replaced soon as they too were about to break. Because my house is old, I appreciated them telling me about things that are about to happen before I wake up to yet another plumbing fiasco. (They told me the valves would probably be okay if I did not turn them, but not to wait too long as they were the main valves and then it would have to be shut off at the street.) They go above and beyond what I would expect any service to do to resolve a plumbing problem I have read the other reviews. I really don't care what they use to light up whatever they have to see with, even if they ask me for my flashlight. I just want the problem fixed so it is really fixed. Everything they have fixed has not been a problem again at all. (Kitchen faucet, 2 sets of shut off valves, bathroom faucet, outside clean out, backup valve, sump pump. All these things have not been a problem at all. They are really kind when I call to ask basic questions.

When we called for service the answering service said she'd have the person on call contact us. He did contact us within a few minutes and said "it'll be 2 hours but I'll call you before I show up." Less than two hours later he did show up - without calling - and was in a vehicle that appeared to have no identifying markings on it that would indicate it was a work vehicle. Two individuals came into our house and used THEIR CELL PHONE FLASHLIGHTS to look into the cabinet where water was leaking. Yes, I said cell phone flash lights. As in, they opened a flashlight app on their "smart" phone and used that to "inspect" the possible leakage area. Then they went to the 2nd floor bathrooms to "investigate." Their conclusion was that the stand up shower in the master bath was "failing" and we need "a total bathroom remodel" in both bathrooms - because apparently they thought the other full bath was having issues too (it's not). They told us that the "entire" bathroom would have to be gutted, including the toilet and all the flooring in both bathrooms. I asked "well, who do we call for something like that?" to which they responded "we don't really know...a general contractor maybe." I said "you guys are just full of good news" and the one worker said "we're just here to give you options, you don't have to listen to anything we say." They also suggested that we could just seal the doors again but that would just be a "band aid" and would lead to more expensive issues in the end. To say that these two workers were rude and unprofessional would be an understatement. They offered no suggestions other than a full bathroom remodel that could "take days" and cost "a lot of money." I should have asked them to leave my house, that is how unhappy I was with their "service." Also, when we called for service NO ONE told us there would be a $75 service fee. But there was in fact a $75 service call fee. Again, very unprofessional. We will not be calling this contractor for any future work.

I wasn't quite as happy with them as I was with another company, but they are a younger company. They were okay. They were punctual. They did what they were supposed to do. They didn't do what another company did and suggest ways the system could be better.

The workers were really nice and prompt, they even loaned us a pump. It was a very difficult job because of the weather and it was hard for them to get their equipment in the neighborhood., but they were very pleasant. They worked hard and stuck to their price.
