If your looking to purchase a great machine with excellent customer support then I would highly recommend this place. They will make sure that you know you new machine inside and out. I have owned other machines from other dealers and its sad to say, but when you walk out the door with your new machine, the customer service ends there. That is not true with this place. When I brought my new machine home a year ago, I arrived home late in the evening and realized I didnt have a power cord. The owner went out of her way to bring to my door a power cord so I could begin playing with it that night! I call that customer service. Their prices for tune ups and repairs are very reasonable and they wont try to sell you anything you dont need. I love their selection of fabrics, threads, patterns and notions. They have a good selection of things that you wont find in the chain stores. There is also a variety of classes offered by several instructors. Being a newbie as a quilter, every class I have taken I have thoroughly enjoyed. The instructors are easy going and always helpful and there is never a stupid question and I have asked alot of them too! Bottom line, I would never go anywhere else.
