Service was great! We put in for a quote and he was there the same day. We had our trees trimmed and removed all within a 6 hour period. They had great customer service and Steve was very easy to work with. All of our trees look fantastic after being trimmed. We would definitely recommend and will be returning customers when the time is needed.

Steve came to my house for an estimate. He seemed upset because I had called for an estimate the year before, and he made sure to let me know that he was coming back a second time. Sorry Steve, sometimes things come up, and we have to postpone work. He then gave me his price, and I informed him that I had other estimates at a lower cost. He asked for my wife, as they had spoken on the phone. She was inside the house, getting my kids ready for school. I said she wasn't available, and he said he was confused. Not sure what's confusing about that. I informed him that another tree service company had given me a lower price, but they had changed the dates, as well as the terms of service, and I was looking for other estimates. I said I'd let him know, and he responded in a very rude manner: "So that's a no then?". He then just got in his truck and left. He sent a text about half an hour later saying that he would not do any work for us. I suspect he called the other tree service company and they colluded. Judging by another review in here, I imagine my suspicion is true. He was rude, unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

On 5/21/2019, the owner of Steve's Tree Service came to my home for what he called a free estimate. Upon his arrival he stepped out of his vehicle with a cell phone in his hand. I began to explain the work that I needed done and he began to laugh at me. I also heard another individual start laughing on the cell phone that he was holding. He proceeded to tell me that he would not provide me an estimate and proceeded to call me names. He told me that he had "his friend" on the phone and that "his friend" told him about me. His friend(another toledo ohio tree services owner) tried to collect money from me for services he never did). His friend collected(from what he told me) a fully refundable deposit. Then when there were no services performed, he tried to keep my deposit for no work performed. Steves tree service discriminated against me based "his friends" recommendation. He came to my home to never give an estimate, but to trespass on my property and laugh at me. He acted very unprofessional, rude, and acted like the whole estimate was a joke. The owner's loyalty is not with his customers, but with his so called "friends" in the business in which he hears untrue hearsay. I would never recommmend this company to anyone for any kind of future business.

I had contacted Steve last fall and he came out and gave me an excellent price to remove four trees, but right after that things changed so I couldn't have it done, but told him I would contact him in the spring. I called him back in May and he said he didn't recall coming out to my home, then in June I called him again to get another estimate, and he said he would be in my area in a couple weeks and would swing over to give me another price. Nope, he never stopped by. So, I called him on Aug. 21 (He acted like he already had the job) and he said he would come by that afternoon, but no show. His actions, or should I say lack of, showed me he really didn't want the job.

Steve's Trees' Services (aka Steve Inc. LLC, State of Ohio LLC Certificate No. 2361238) was hired to trim trees on my property. His crew did the job late in the evening - after my wife had waited for hours them to come in the early afternoon. His crew did not finish the job to my satisfaction. I called him to send someone back and finish the job. He said he would charge me an additional $200.00 to $300.00 to do it. I told him I would not pay any more money. Then he called me an "*******" and the conversation ended. I paid him $1,000.00 for the job.

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job removing 4 large trees and stumps. The yard was hand raked and the debris was removed from my property. Very happy with the results.

Went to breakfast before they got to my house - by the time we returned, tree was down and half gone! Very quick, neat and professional!

Work will is scheduled for fall, Oct/Nov., 2017

It went GREAT!! Quick response to email for an estimate. Prompt with estimate. Quick scheduling. Showed up on time. Did an OUTSTANDING job on the trees and cleaned up everything, including some mess they did not make! very thorough, did not rush through the job. We could not have been happier with the results!

Both deliveries went well--delivered when he said and delivery amount was accurate.

I called and left a message to get an estimate on cutting 1-2 trees. Steve called back within a day or two and arranged a time for him to come for the estimate. He arrived at the time agreed upon. A couple of days later I called and left a message that we wanted to do only one tree. He called back a day or two later and said they were very busy but he would call when they had time. He called the next day and said they could come late in the afternoon. He called again to say the job they were on was taking longer than expected but they would still come when they were done if it was OK with us. They arrived at about 6:45 PM, which was good for us, and had the tree down and cleaned up in about 40 minutes. During the time they were at our house two neighbors came over and asked him for estimates on work, which he gave . He and his assistant then did the jobs at the two neighbors houses as well while they were here. We were very happy with the results. They were very efficient and professional and courteous. I would use this service again. He takes checks or cash.

He is very reasonably priced but we had him do a lot of stuff. He is a very nice gentleman and he is very easy to work with. He is very prompt and is an eager worker.
