Steamex did a great job cleaning paint and “slime” stains on my carpet. I’ve used Steamex in the past and wasn’t confident they could clean up such a mess, but they did. I would use them again.

Steamex-Eastern was recommended to me by Carpets by Otto. Blake came the same day I called, but after looking at the stains, he was up front and said that he could try, but was 99.9% sure that he would be unable to remove them. (I had been giving my dog turmeric chews for her arthritis and unfortunately, it caused permanent discoloration of the carpet fibers.) I trusted his judgement and chose not to have him bother trying. Although we are still left with the stains, I was very impressed with Blake's promptness and HONESTY!!! I expected to pay a fee for his time, but he didn't even charge me to look at the carpet. I asked for a few of his business cards and have already given one to a friend who needs carpet cleaning.

Okay. Surprised, back rest of sofa didn't come clean but everything else did. Had to request technician to put on mask but complied immediately. Very nice. I would hire them again. 😁

Allison (who answered the phone) was very patient, kind, and helpful in answering my questions and in setting up the appointment. I even called back and added an extra room to the job with no problem. Blake, who did the cleaning, called and showed up 1/2 hour early, which was nice. He was very professional and answered all questions. The work was great, and the price was better than others we'd checked on. I would recommend them with no reservations.

It went very well - quick & efficient. All they asked was to have the areas to be cleaned vacuumed. I did move some small tables and lamps out of the way but they took care of moving two chairs and replaced them using protectors underneath legs. Carpet was old but they removed the stains. It looked great.

It went well. The company was willing to work with me on the splitting of cleaning in the best way for our family to still use our house and not spend our evenings on wet carpets. No additional cost.

Tyler did a good job .This was the first time it was cleaned and he went over the areas like the hallways and the entrance way .Very happy the way it turned out it dryed in about 4 hours like he said.

Excellent!! They brought my 13 year old beige berber back to new. My yearly cleaning co. could not get it clean. The cost includes 5 large area rugs.

The team was very professional and all went very well. The two-man team showed up on time as scheduled and performed their task as promised. They even worked extra on a well-traveled section of the carpet that came out nice, without charging me extra. They were clean, careful and courteous. I would, and have used them a second time. I am likely to use them the next time I need the carpet cleaned in that property.

Came out beautiful but spots came back due to "wicking". (I was warned this might happen).

He cleaned all my carpets & one area rug. He did an excellent job. He arrived within the time frame offered. He worked for 2 1/2 hours and was extremely thorough. I even asked him to move a bed and he did! This doesn't always happen. While the cost was a little higher than other companies, it was well worth it in my book!

very well really prompt removed pet stains although there is a rather large stain that came back almost immeadiately will be using them again in August as moving

The owner of the company did the work and did an amazing job. He was able to get out the stains and the carpet looked like new!

I would absolutely use this provider again! I felt that the price was very fair for the amount of carpet cleaned and the quality. I believe it was the owner of the business who came out to do the work. He was very polite and professional, and was able to remove stains I never thought would come out!

Went well. I was a little disappointed that the they were unable to remove some stains in one bedroom. In their defense they had been on the carpet for quite sometime by the previous owners.

SteamEx did a very good job at being on time and cleaning the carpet. They were quite a bit cheaper and better rated by Angie List customers then the only carpet cleaning company in Bowling Green. The only problem I have is on the phone they said they would have to charge me a additional charge because I was to far away (Tontogany Ohio) The company said they are located up off of Airport Hwy in Toledo.... I drove from the Airport Hwy/ 475 exit to my rental property in Tontogany and it was less then 18 miles which was in the area that I should NOT have been charged. And to top it off the guy that cleaned my carpet called me from a job he just finished in Perrysburg Ohio which is even closer... I barely got there before he did and I live 12 miles away. Even with the surcharge they were cheaper then the Bowling Green company.
