Description of Work: The carpet needed a desperate cleaning. I had even considered having to replace it. Thought I would see how a carpet cleaning would do on it, and Steamex-Eastern gave it new life. Thank you for giving our home a fresh start and clean flooring.

Description of Work: Cleaning of our well-used entry floor basement carpet. By far the best steam carpet cleaning we have ever experienced. Carpet is 13 years old and looked brand new Once Blake was done

Description of Work: Steamex-Eastern did a fantastic job! Blake, the serviceman was prompt, professional, friendly, and noted all the stains/worn areas. He was able to get out just about every stain, and the carpets look great for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone living in the Toledo area!

Description of Work: Our carpets look fabulous! Bill from Steamex arrived early and did a thorough walk through. The estimate was very fair and he took into account that we did not remove all of the furniture so the price was discounted and he steamed around the big pieces. He put coasters down under all table legs first and then got to work. He took great care in rooms where the walls had just been painted so as not to nick anything. If you are painting a room, however, I do suggest that you have Steamex come before baseboards are painted so the edges can be deep cleaned. Our painter suggested this and so did Steamex. Cleaning was done within 3 hours. They use no harsh chemicals just a very, very mild and highly diluted detergent and the steam is mixed with orange peels to give everything a very fresh scent. Our low pile carpets are already drying and everything will be dry within 6-12 hours max. Since it is winter, it may take a bit longer as the windows are closed and the air is not warm enough to aid in drying. Bill was extremely friendly and professional and worked really hard lugging big hoses all around the upstairs and downstairs without banging into walls or furniture. I give Steamex a AAAA+++ and would highly recommend them! Be sure to mention you saw them on Angie's List as members get a 10% discount.
