SteamEx is the best company for carpet cleaning. They work hard to make sure the carpets are done to an extremely high standard. They are extremely professional, punctual and their customer service is the best we've had. We have had them clean our business twice and our home. We will only use SteamEx!!!

Blake (the owner) came right on time but ran into some minor equipment problems. He called another employee (Josh) who came right away to complete the job. Both were very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly use them next time I have carpets cleaned. They did my 1) living room; 2) dining room; 3) family room; 4) master bedroom, 5) hallway/landing; and 6) stairs. They also pretreated some extra dirty spots (where the dog sleeps) and put all of the furniture on foam blocks when they moved things. The total charge for the whole job was $251.

I was specifically looking for someone that could tackle the though pet stains that I had on my carpet. I have light carpet and an elderly dog that has had some issues. When calling Steamex, the appointment setter was polite and discussed the options that Steamex could use on pet stains. Blake, the owner, called prior to his arrival time, he arrived on time and reviewed the area to be cleaned. I discussed all of the pet issues that I had and showed him the areas that needed special attention. Blake pretreated the all of the areas, steam cleaned the carpet, used a pet enzyme to break down any remaining odors and treated the entire carpet with a deodorizer. Overall the carpet looks and smell great. I previouslay used another local company found on Angie's list, it cost more and there was no comparison to the quality and cleanliness of using Steamex. I was disappointed with my last carpet cleaning but thought that was as good as it could get. Needless to say I had low expectation this time around. I was amazed by the results that Steamex achieved. My carpet looks better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend that if you have tough stains and/or pet stains you call Blake at Steamex. I am very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Great service, on time and very professional staff. Price was OK and is consistent with the quality of their work plus the quote you over the phone and then before getting started they will measure and give you an estimate so everything went well.

They were able to schedule me the same week that I called. Blake was prompt and very professional and courteous, he also spent a lot of time explaining things to me about stains and wear patterns while he worked. The carpets cleaned up way better I expected, a lot of time was spent on the problem areas. The carpets had a very nice, faint orange smell when he finished and the carpet dried quickly. I was extremely pleased with this company and would not hesitate to refer others to them.

We adopted an adorable but unhousebroken little Puggle who evidently felt the need to either mark his new territory, or baptize the house ~ thoroughly. Either way we had some pretty serious pet stains. We found Steamex highly rated here on AL, so my wife called them. They were able to send someone out within a couple days, AND dealt with a last minute rescheduling issue we had without problem. The tech they sent out was prompt. Service jobs by nature are impossible to say exactly when they'll finish one job and get to another but the tech kept my wife in the loop by first setting a two hour window, calling her to tell her that it would be toward the tail of that two hours, and then calling again to tell her he'd finished his previous job early and would be over soon. He was polite, friendly, and informed. He didnt promise the world, as the stains we had were pretty heavy in places, but told us what his plan of attack was, and that he'd do the best he could. The outcome was amazing. I never thought it would look and smell so good again. And to cap it off the bill actually came out UNDER the estimated cost that my wife had been given over the phone. We will never call anyone else, and you're d*** right we'll recommend them to others... Thanks Angie's List, because we'd never heard of Steamex before, and more than likely wouldn't have called them without this service. Money VERY well spent for both the carpet and for AL... Guys super nice and professional. Right on time-love that I didn't have to wait on a window of time. I'd use them again but will probably ask them if there is a way to dial down the scent. It did smell wonderful but was a bit strong for me. Others will probably not mind though.

This was my first time using Steamex and I would highly recommend them. Josh showed up right on time, went through my home to see what I needed cleaned and gave me an estimate. My carpets look wonderful and dried very quickly. I even received a follow up call the next week from Allison making sure I was happy with their service.

Blake was the serviceman and did a wonderful job. He called ahead of time and wanted to know if he could come earlier I said yes and he was at my house within ten minutes. He surveyed the room which had some pet stains and did some extra steps to work on those. I was very pleased and would use them again.

Had some bad stains that Blake was able to remove. Wonderful service, very professional and very honest about what stains are removable and what are not! We have used Steamex for some years now and have nothing bad to say about the company. Well worth every penny charged!

The work turned out good. When the work is completed, the carpets are not soaking wet and they dry quickly. They also did an excellent job in the removal of stains. I would recommend their service to others.

We use his services twice a year for the last sixteen to eighteen years. Their work was just awesome. My sister and I have used their services many times. His costs are very reasonable. The owner is always there to do the job and he is very friendly. Our carpet is white and we have animals. Every time he has the carpets cleaned, they look brand new. It is amazing! As soon as people walk into our house, everyone looks down at the white carpet and people start taking off their shoes immediately. We tell them to not worry about it and to keep their shoes and stay comfortable because we have so much confidence in Blake that he can get anything out of the carpet. They have done a great job.

They were here on time, were extremely professional, and did an excellent job! I was amazed that they were able to get the stains out of one of the rooms. We had tried everything on these unknown stains, and each product used just made them worse. They removed the stains completely from the bathroom and the office! 1 week later and both rooms still smell fresh and clean. Not at all the smell of chemicals. Great Company!
