I was given a lot of information about the process to expect when I made the appointment. He was on time and very pleasant to deal with. The job took about 2 1/2 hours. I am glad I had the work done. Everything looks so fresh and clean.

They did a very good job. They cleaned up the pet residue on my carpets and left me with cleaning supplies that I can use on my own. I was very happy with them and I will be using them again.

Company was on time, service techs were efficient, spent about an hour and 1/2. Men departed with no mess!

The white bedroom carpet had old stains on it that i was doubtful would come out. i had low expectations of the results. the carpet turned out beautifully! it looks like it is brand new. i am amazed and astounded at how nice the carpet turned out. the 2 recliners were also stained and grimy. they also turned out beautifully. they look like they are brand new. we will definitely use this company again.

We checked out Angies List and Sparkling Clean Carpet Care was at the top of the list. Initially I called and discussed our situation and they explained in great detail how they would clean the carpet, step by step; and they gave us their estimate. Because we discussed the details on the phone, when they assessed the job onsite they were right on their estimate including the additional charge for some problem areas they found. They did suggest that we use a deoderizer specially for pet orders, which we did do. I was impressed that they applied only the cleaning technique necessary to each individual room and in our case some rooms needed more attention than others; when they could have easily said that we needed the deep cleaning in all rooms and then charged us. Their pretreat does show where the problem areas are and they address those areas with specific techniques. We normally rent a carpet cleaner and do the work ourselves because we have not been satisfied with carpet cleaning companies because they don't get the carpet clean and all your left with is a wet floor. We decided to take a chance to hire Sparkling Clean because we did not have time to clean that many rooms ourselves, because they were at the top of Angies List, and the owner didn't come across as a typical salesman but was very informative on the phone when I first called . Sparkling Clean Carpet Care is the most detailed and proferssional carpet cleaning contractor we have ever used. We will diffinately call them back.

The service van arrived right on time, we agreed with the service tech on the work that was needed and the rooms were cleaned. Great results, the cleaning took about 90 minutes and the whole process was very well organized and professional. I would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

We called Sparkling clean with very little notice on a Wednesday and they accomodated us for a Friday cleaning. The technician was a little bit late (about 2 hrs), however he was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. We're very pleased overall since they were willing to fit us in on short notice and they did a very oggd and thorough job. We would use them again.
