Work was completed in late November with cold weather threatening. We had just purchased home and needed repairs made immediately. Initially, Mike was very confident that he could match texture of existing stucco so that patches would not be noticeable. Halfway through job when finish-texture was applied he was unable to even get CLOSE to existing texture so he called a another contractor to visit and help him with suggestions. Still this did not work. Next he wanted to increase the price due to extra time the job was taking. We said NO WAY because he had clearly exaggerated his experience and ability to do work. After several failed attempts at getting the texture and color close, I had to help him and finally agreed to final work just to get him off the job. I wanted to hold back 10% of final payment to ensure that contractor would return to clean up work area but owner claimed it was close to Christmas and he needed to pay for Christmas gifts! I paid in full and never saw him again.
