+ -1 moreIt did not go. We began to loose faith and trust in their ability and professionalism. Cancelled the service because we did not believe that they could provide the service we needed done time wise and service wise. They in turn sued us for breech of contract, when they were the ones that breeched the contract by not having plans to us in the time period we requested. I would never recommend Sharper Edge to anyone.
Description of Work: I engaged this service to put in a stone/paver patio in our back yard. They never did the job due to delay in getting drawing plans to us on time. SE wanted to start the job without our approval on the plans and materials. This was not going to work for us. To spend 21K on something we had not approved was not OK.

+ -1 moreWe have been refered to Sharper Edge from my brother. Tom came out to give me an estimate which was very reasonable. We decided to use him because we have heard so many great things about him. They did everything they said they was going to do and appeared to work extra hard to make sure we were thrilled. Tom runs his operation the way a small business should be ran. Everyone was very professional and organized, and we are so pleased with our decision to hire SHARPER EDGE. Way to go guys, keep up the great work.
Description of Work: We called Tom from Sharper Edge to have a pool installed because they have recently done a flawless job on a paver patio for my brother. From start to finish Tom has communicated with us to inform us of everything that was being done, and how long things would take. They arrived on time every day, and all worked very hard and organized. They also were all very polite and comfortable to have working at our home. The neighbors where so impressed they have picked up a ton of work in our neighborhood. It has been a fantastic experience working with them and we plan on hiring the back next year to build us a paver patio.

+ -1 moreTom Okapal is the owner of this company and is probably the worst businessman I have ever personally dealt with. He says one thing and does another. He made promises and never followed through. I am in the process of filing a civil court case for a full refund as well as additional money to take care of other problems and damage he caused to my property. The quality of work that was done looked very amateur and completely unacceptable. Top treats his employees horribly as well....no wonder the quality suffered! In fact, 2 guys quit in the middle of my job! I could go on and on, but hopefully you get the point. I wish someone had posted this review for me to see before I hired Sharper Edge.
Description of Work: Concrete patio around in-ground pool.
