Seagate Roofing and Waterproofing

Seagate called ( I requested online) in a timely manner. The sales person (Tom Wagner) was knowledgeable and suggested a plan to fix our water problem. The crew that can out was hard working and diligent. The job was done in a few days and when they left they cleaned up everything. Very nice job.

We used Seagate Roofing & Foundation Services for foundation work and basement waterproofing. We cannot say enough good things about Vice President Steve Naylor and his team. Steve came out to our home multiple times to work with us and answer our questions. He treated us fairly, with respect, and professionalism. He was not a pushy salesman, but instead, an expert that treated the situation like it was his own home and basement. He was honest, forthcoming, and only suggested the bare minimum of what we needed to do to make our home safe. He did not push us to purchase services that we didn't need. It took us 8 months to secure the financing we needed (because of our credit scores, not because of Seagate), and Steve never gave up on us. He worked with us to come up with a plan of what couldn't wait and needed to be done immediately, that also fit into our budget. Then when we were able to secure financing for the remaining work, he again came back out to re-***** the situation. He never made us feel like we were bothering him or wasting his time. Once the work began, his crew was at our home while we were at work for two weeks. They were polite, professional, and went to great lengths to keep our home clean and minimize the amount of construction burden. After the work was complete, Steve himself came out to inspect the work, answer any further questions we had, and thanked us for our business. With the recent amount of melting snow and rain we've had, our neighbors yards and basements are flooding, while ours is bone dry. Seagate jacked up our house and pushed back the foundation wall that was caving in, then secured it with beams to ensure it would never happen again. Our large basement was a big reason why we purchased our home and now our boys can now play down there in a completely safe, dry basement. We will absolutely use Seagate Roofing & Foundation again when it's time to get a new roof, siding, windows, or gutters. Thank you Steve and team for making this such an easy process and for the quality of work you did to our home.

I always wonder about the phrase " lifetime warranty", but my five year old roof developed a leak above the second floor bathroom so I needed to get it fixed, with hope that the warranty really meant what I thought it did. The office was quick to get the installation crew to call me to set up an appointment. they came, and replaced a shingle they felt was defective, as well as to seal around a vent pipe and a skylight. Two days later, it rained again and the leak was was worse. Again the office got the crew me, but they had to schedule me four days later. OK, I had to wait. They came back, hooked up a garden hose and saturated the roof vent area, and found the leak while observing it from the attic - the vent pipe flange was not pushed down sufficiently, allowing water to get past it and run down the outside of the pipe and into and through a bathroom light. they promptly replaced the boot, sealed it, and the water from the hose stopped coming in. I'm not happy about the weakening of the bathroom ceiling sheetrock, but I am quite happy with the response time and the willingness to come back until they made it right. good job, Seagate Roofing! The new Sub pump and Tidylawn drain system was installed and there is no standing water in our yard when it rains and the Sub Pump does not run continually like our old pump. The installers went above and beyond and answered all questions we had.

Seagate is an excellent company with a great moral compass and very reliable. They overcame some issues and responded extremely well with our concerns. I can highly recommend them.

It went wonderfully, the salesmen explained everything very thoroughly and once scheduled everything flowed smoothly and professionally. The roofers finished and cleaned up in the course of a day. The windows, shutters and door came in later but were put in with skill and the workmen were so nice. I absolutely love the updates to my home and the quality of the materials and the comfort that they have provided. Thank you.

The cost was reasonable and the installers had me review the work before they left. This is the 2nd time I've used Seagate and I'm very satisfied with their professional attitude and conscientiousness. I'll continue to use them.

Foundation Repair was done very professionally and completed in a timely manner and would recommend them for foundation repairs. Chimney Repair was done very unprofessionally and would not recommend them to anyone. It took 4 months to have my chimney repaired and was handled very poorly-never received phone calls, would not get an honest answer as to why it was taking so long to have my chimney work completed. Was repeatedly lied to and and never received any answers as to why it was taking so long even though I was "next on the list" or "top of the list" for over 2 months. When I called to inquire about my project I was told I would receive a phone in 2 weeks about getting my chimney repaired, which never happened and I had to call them 4 weeks later and they just kept giving me the run around. Contract was signed in July and work was completed in the second week of November after it took over a week to have the lift removed from my yard. I would have never hired them had I known they operated this way-for chimney repair.

The Seagate Sales Representative was very helpful, professional, and honest about the work performed. The Seagate team was very efficient and was able to perform their work while I was at work during the day. They performed quality and timely work, completing the job within the quoted timeframe (4 days).

I was well impressed with the main man's work ethic and capability and his helper seemed anxious to do a good job also. The job was completed promptly and I am satisfied with the results.

The salesman helped us to pick out a new board and batten vinyl siding that matched perfectly to the existing siding that didn't need replaced. The entire team was very professional and had great communication throughout the whole process. Very happy with our decision to use Seagate. Would highly recommend and definitely use again!!

I am very satisfied with Seagate. I originally had work done to repair a basement crack in 2008 and it is on a 25 year warranty. Seagate recently came out to add more support as the wall was bulging a bit. They gladly honored the warranty and even went beyond the scope of the warranty and added more support. Good company and I would not use anyone else

I m not one who is easily impressed and we over the years have had alot of work done to our home.Tom Wagner did our inspection and he was very professional and courteous.He explained the work to be done and was always available to answer our questions before the work began.Tom goes above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and addressed.The work crew was friendly and did an excellent job.The crew kept the jobsite clean as they worked and they too answered questions we posed.GREAT JOB SEAGATE!!!!!

SeagateRoofing & Waterproofing's salesperson, Deb, came to our home, giving us every detail to why we would need and benefit from Gutter Helmet. We are soooo appreciative of this product. Our gutters have worked very well through the heavy rains. The occasional musty smell that would accompany these rains has been completely eliminated. We have a piece of mind with the lifetime warranty as well. Deb, the office staff, owner, and the professional workers get A+s.

From the estimate to the job completion, Seagate Waterproofing gets a A+. First, when we received our estimate, there was no high pressure sales or gimmicks that we encountered with competitors. Steve, our estimator, showed genuine care and professionalism and spent time the time needed to answer questions. The project was completed in four days as scheduled. First our crew leader Paul and his crew of Zak and Ryan, completed the project like it was their own home. Paul walked through with at least twice a day and showed me progress and answered any questions. Although it was very labor intensive and tedious work, everyone was always very nice and polite. Furthermore, they kept all their work areas clean as they could. We are happy that our basement problems and have been fixed and are happy that we picked Seagate waterproofing.

Great from start to finish - did the tear-off and new roof in one day (and we have a two story 2200 s/f home) Very impressed!
