Jim from Seagate arrived on time and was very courteous. His home inspection was very thorough and he went into great detail on his findings. After his inspection, he gave me a cd that contained all his findings.

Seagate Roofing Came out, looked at my issue. The person was as unprofessional as could be. He was suppose to give me an estimate, and he didn't. The guy told me that he would have to talk to someone else, that understands anything. He told me that he would get back to me in like 2 days. I still haven't heard from him.

They were good and professional. I rate him high overall. I will use him again for a quote if needed.

Overall they were very good to deal with right down to the finall day of completion when Ken came out to put on the final touches and to clean and inspect the job done by his workers.They will be asked back for additional work at another property.

Ten days went by without hearing from them, and I finally contacted them and told them I was also interested in having my roof done, so asked for the estimate to include the roof as well. I had to call them at least three times. I waited weeks, I ended up not being able to even get an estimate from them. I called twice just to get the estimate. They were on time and professional when they came out for the estimate, but I still never found out how much their estimate would have been for. Based on their complete lack of response, I would never consider using them in the future.

The price was really reasonable for all the work we had done.

They are absolutely fabulous and they stand by their work.

They eventually came. I don't know if was because I was invoking a warranty or because these people had a lot of work to do in August, but it took them forever to take care of the issues on the house. The first team that came said that the ridge vent certainly had never been cut and these two guys said we will have a team out here to fix them immediately. Week 1 passes and there is no crew. Week 2 passes and no crew. I started to call people in week 2 and Seagate constantly told me oh they'll be there tomorrow or the next day. No crew. Eventually, I get a second team (in week 3) to come out to my house. They are ambivalent about fixing the issue but say they will come the upcoming weekend. They don't show. I make phone calls and am told they will come tomorrow. All said and done, they eventually came out again but it took me over three weeks to get the ridge vent cut and the company was neither polite nor apologetic for the delay.

They started the job on time and coordinated very well with the needs of our roofing tie in with the new construction. It was a large and complicated job which they finished in just a few days. They left nails and debris from the tear-off at first but were better at cleaning it up after we talked to them about not leaving anything hazardous in our dog's area. They had left our gate open one day, and our dog happened to get out. We were very concerned, as she happened to get sick that night and needed emergency surgery. It had nothing to do with her getting out, but the foreman of the job felt so bad about letting her out that he offered to pay for the surgery. This was above and beyond! Of course, we didn't let him pay anything, but were grateful for the good job they did and attention to safety after that. Overall, very pleased with this company and our new roof looks great. No more leaks!
