Went very well. They answered all questions and did a good job.

It went very well. The crew worked on two of the hottest,muggiest days and were super polite and professional. The work was done well. To complete the job,they brought in dirt for the back yard, regraded then reseeded. I'm happy to recommend Seagate.

I would not recommend them. I originally contacted Seagate about my project and was told that the best person to assist was on vacation and I agreed to wait over two weeks for an estimate. I was called a couple of hours before the appointment and was told that they could not make it and that the person who could assist would not be available for another nine days because they were on vacation. With renovations you have to be flexible because things happen all the time but they were defensive and very unprofessional. I have learned that if you are treated poorly from the very beginning that is what you can expect during and after the service.

The workers showed up on time and were very professional. Left the work area pristine clean when job was done.

Overall our experience was positive. A gutter was damaged during the installation which they tried to bend back into shape - didn't look good. I pointed it out during the walk through at the end (would have liked it better if they had mentioned it). However, they came out promptly and replaced it with a new one - this earned them points. So far, no other issues (e.g. leaks).

I thought the two men that came to repair the roof were courteous and professional. They were glad to answer any questions I had, worked until the job was completed and cleaned up the area when they were finished.

Great! Good interaction with estimator. On-site personnel were professional and personable. On-site supervisor took a personal interest in engaging us with progress and decisions being made, care for the property, site clean-up, and how to contact him if problems were identified later.

Prompt service, did what they were supposed to. Cleaned up after themselves and problem solved where drain tiles were installed.

They completed the service in a timely manner. The men who completed the project were professional and courteous.

It was wonderful!! Everything from my emergency call to the office, the appraisal and finishing the job went great! The crew was timely, courteous, professional and very informative of the entire process. The office staff were top notch too! I would definitely call again for services they provide.

It went very well. The sales rep that came out to do the estimate was very helpful in explaining our options and was very honest about what would work best for us. The crew that came out to do the work was reliable and was there every day. The work was done quickly and we really did not encounter any problems or issues throughout the whole process. Since the project was finished, it has rained a lot, and every time, we check the crawl space and it is completely dry down there. The system that was installed is working very well!

They came out in two phases. One to get the boots replaced right away. After they had to order the vent I needed, they came back and repaired that. They painted around it on the siding and you could not tell that any work was ever done.

It was a good experience, they were quick, and reasonable. They knew exactly what to do. I have not had any other issues.

They had the roofing materials delivered the day before the work was performed. They arrived early and began working. They removed the old roof before lunch. They cleaned as they worked. After lunch they installed the new roofing, vents and chimney and was finished by 3:30 pm. I have an attached enclosed patio and attached car port. They worked around them without causing any damage. The roll off dumper was placed in my drive since every thing is fenced in. The dumper was not removed until the next day. It really did not present a problem. I got 4 estimates and all provided the same services. The estimates ranged from $5080 to 5900+. Seagate's estimate was the most reasonable. I also was pleased that Seagate does not use subcontractors. They have their own employees.

This is the second time in three years we have hired Seagate roofing to install a new roof. The first time, we sought several bids and because of good reviews and the fact that they were Platinum Owens Corning installers, we selected them. They did an outstanding job. In 2015, our area was hit by the worst hail storm I've ever seen and our insurance adjuster agreed that the newer roof needed replacing. We did not hesitate to call Seagate again. Gary Warner (our contact man) came out within a few days and inspected the roof. He agreed it had been compromised. The job was done within two days by the same crew (Eric) and again, we were more than pleased. We also had new gutters installed and their subcontractor did precise and quality work. It is reassuring to know that we have a contractor to call for any roofing-related work as I know they will stand by their installation.

the men installed vented soffit panels to keep the blown in fiberglas away from air venting around the periphery of insulated space.The loose fibers were introduced into a blower on a truck then fiber traveled thru a tube into the attic. an r-value attained is r-49, which equal about 17" total depth. There was very little dust at the base of the stairway. They brought a vacuum cleaner to pick up as needed. A savings on heating was noticed right away. It is a valued improvement.

The soil pipe repair was done by carefully removing shingles,replacing the collar flashing with new and adequate sealer. The original shingles were reinstalled. The chimney top was all mortar and cracked,leaking water. Old mortar was removed ,new cement was mixed and applied and allowed to set up. It was then coated with a rubber like organic sealant to keep moisture from soaking into the cement which could cause freezing and subsequent cracking during winter.

Very helpful. Provided a lot of information regarding problems with the foundation and made suggestions.

I received estimates from about 10 different companies. I was very thorough in my search. I had estimates that ranged from 5000-13000. There were a lot of different options, but Seagate was the most reasonable for what I needed. Several companies offered way more than I needed, but Seagate was very fair by not trying to sell me things that I didn't need (Example: My sump pump works so they didn't try to sell me a new one.) I liked the honesty. We have had several heavy rains since the work was done and I haven't had a drop!!!! It was dustier and dirtier than I had expected at the end (I had to do a lot of cleaning and mopping myself), but it was still worth the price/value, and I would recommend/use them again.
