The man came quickly, knew what he was doing, did not leave until I was totally satisfied. Explained what he needed to do and why and gave me a years warranty.

The company is very professional. They arrived on time and called before coming. The plumber was knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up the work area. We would use this company again.

Charlie Campbell was very friendly and professional and also very honest. We enjoyed his conversation and he did a very fine job. He's a drummer too so we clicked right away! Thank you for great service Charlie!

Problem solved. Drain & drain pipe cleared. Added extra- installed new faucets in one bathroom.

So far everything is still working. But the price was pretty high. And I feel the picture disk should of came with the price...

I needed a professional who would be efficient and I didn't care about cost. Kathy, the receptionist (sorry, I don't know her title) was indeed responsive and attentive to my requests. Doug, the master plumber, was on time, extremely thorough and very pleasant, down to earth, explained everything completely, answered my many questions and gave advice for ongoing work. (The minor work is actually a mid-level project). I could not be happier at the professional service from this company. NOTE: I intentionally left the cost blank because this is a more than a flange, etc. replacement.

The job was fine. They are very quick to response and they don’t charge any more for weekends or holidays. It is a good service. The price is a bit high or average, but you get quality work.

Took 30 minutes and no problems since.

Despite pleading, Roto Rooter would not help. We turned off the water main & stayed in a motel over the weekend. On Monday I had another plumber come and institiute the repairs.

I had a flooded basement in early April 2007. I called this company because of its media presence. The first guy came and did the internal cabling. I also had him cable my bathtub line (upstairs). He destroyed the lining in my bath tub, which I now have to fix. Additionally, he damaged the wooden access panel to the tub. He told me that I should get wood glue and fix it! I must have misunderstood him thinking that he had to come back a second time to cable out to the city's line. I thought he said that he did not have the correct equipment - he does not speak clearly; just basically mutters under his breath. I called the company's office regarding the second service call and told them that I should not have to pay for an additional service call. They promised a discount and told me to mention this to the service man. I took off work early to wait for the 3pm appointment. He arrived close to 7pm. I mentioned the discount issue and he walked out without completing the job.

He took care of it the way it should have been done years ago. He really did a great job, and the toilet is working just fine.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THIS IS A VERY COMPETITIVE COMPANY. THEY ARE ALSO VERY COURTEOUS AND KIND. OVERALL, I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I THOUGHT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY TOILET, BUT SERVICE GUY I HAD COME OUT SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG. HE INFORMED ME THAT I HAD A WATER SAVING TANK AND THAT IS WHY IT TOOK SO LONG TO FLUSH.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD AT ALL. THEY TAKE REALLY GOOD CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY CALLED ME A FEW DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY.

WE HAD TO WAIT FOREVER FOR THEM TO FINALLY SHOW UP. WHEN THEY DID, THEY TOOK CARE OF THE DRAIN IMMEDIATELY. THEY BARELY CHARGED ME ANYTHING FOR THE WORK. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT.

THEY HAD MY LEAK UNDER CONTROL REAL QUICK. THE TECHNICIAN SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO AND WAS HAPPY WITH HOW HE TOOK CARE TO NOT GET THE REST OF MY THINGS SOAKED IN THE PROCESS.

THEY CAME RIGHT IN AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY. WE HAVEN T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND I WOULD GIVE THEM THREE STARS FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. OVERALL, I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I DO THINK THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE STEEP. I MAY USE THEM AGAIN, BUT AM NOT SURE.

I LIKE THEIR SERVICES. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND ON TIME. THEY CAME AND DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM BACK IF I NEED TO.

HE DID A GOOD JOB. HE CAME OUT AND GOT THE DRAIN UNCLOGGED. HE DID HIS JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THE DRAIN SINCE HE LEFT MY HOME.
