ROSE PEST SOLUTIONS

I actually got an immediate call from Devlin Pest Control, I think was the name of company. Person was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable but am not sure it would fix the problem due to my feeding the squirrels and birds massive quantities of seeds over the years. The rats come with the package. YUCK Not sure where to go from here. I did not hear from other business suggested by Angie's List.

The rep that comes out is always wonderful, professional, and detailed. We live in a humid area near the lake so we have year-round service to keep the bugs and spiders at bay.

They were great.They were timely and professional.

Not to good. Paid all this money and caught nothing. On the 5th day set are own trap and caught 2 racoons. I feel i wasted my money.

They treated a problem and said if I had a recurring problem to contact them, they sent an supervisor and he detected a different problem, the technician called, made an appointment and came right out and corrected the problem no charge. I will definitely call them if I need their services again.

Steve, the certified inspector came and looked at the situation. The pest was identified as citrus ants, which are not distinctive. He provided information and some printed materials. He refused any compensation. This is a company with integrity. With so many companies that are only looking for a buck, it is nice to see one that puts the client services first. I will certainly use them for any of me pest service needs. I was also impressed with Steve's knowledge and ability to clearly explain information.

Never called or followed up for services. I guess it wasn't a big enough job to generate substantial revenue for them. They could have called and at least said "not interested." Will not use them at this point since they cannot honor their special posted on Angie's List.

They came to our house and found Mama Racoon and her babies, within 1 hour 2 techs came and set traps and got rid of her. Very pleased.

Not well. Called after service was complete because we still had bugs. They came out and said we didn’t have bed bugs but we still did.

They sprayed the yard surrounding the hive and got into the holes to where the bees were going in. With in 48 hours no more new activity and I was able to mow the lawn and fill the holes.

They took care of the wasps. Very happy with their work

They would not treat just for those ants but required I sign up for a one year contract to treat EVERYTHING, inside my house, garage, and yard. They admitted the ants were dormant during the first 9 months of treatment. After the very last application they seemed to be gone, but I question why I had to pay for needless treatment of other pests. Also, unknown to me they automatically schedule you for a second year, so I had to pay close attention and call to cancel their technician from coming out again. Next time I'll hire someone else!

Went very well. Bees were eradicated for the rest of theseason.

We called in the first two weeks. We still had bed bugs, they claimed that was normal. We called a month later after still finding them. They came out and didn’t treat our house again, saying they saw no bugs. We found another live one last week. So they are still present, and we persistantly find more bugs and new bits.

The gentlemen originally scheduled couldn't make it because he had a family emergency. Which I get. But then he said he could do the evaluation over the phone. Well if you could do it over the phone why did I have to get off of work early to meet you at my home? He then proceeded to ask me some questions about the ants and recommend that I "not waste my money" because the ants would start to decline due to winter and the cold and I should have something done in the spring. If I could wait I wouldn't have called a pest control company, and if I call someone in the spring it will not be this company.

So far, so good. There still remains one problematic area in the kitchen with ants which I will probably call soon about having a service call for...overall, so far so good on a one year contract-too early to make any personal recommendation since I paid over $500 and have only been "with" the company for a few months.

It was great. They were great to work with. We kept them on for two months and they cancelled when I asked. They answered all my questions and they were excellent.

When we first had the problem, we searched Angie's List. Rose was the provider we chose. The salesman (Mike) came to our house and did an inspection and found a bed bug (my wife had been bitten several times). He explained their two processes (heat and chemical), we chose chemical. We set a date for treatment and had seven days to essentially remove everything from our house (excluding furniture, electronica and drapes. To ensure we were ready, Steve the scheduler called one day before so that we weren't charged a $75 mobilization fee. We were ready. The next day, we left the house and the contents were treated by service technicians (Mike & Steve different people then those listed above).. When they were done, they called and asked if we would like a couple of windows left open and we said yes. We had to remain out for two hours. When we returned, we opened all windows. After that we inspected house every day and would find both live and dead bugs, the quantity of live to dead decreased over time. A three week inspection was scheduled . At which time only dead bugs were found, we think from jostling the furniture. The furniture in the room with the greatest infestation was retreated at our request. We were very pessimistic at first; however we are now into January and my wife is no longer being bitten. My grand daughter spends the night. I will say that the bed bugs are about the worst things I have ever seen. All of the Rose personnel were available to answer questions. If you have bed bugs DO NOT get sprays or bed bug bombs, as they will only chase the bugs into another room. I know this from experience. If you think you have them, call Mike at Rose Pest Control. Also, if you have Lazy Boy furniture bolted together, unbolt for easier treatment.

He showed up on time to give me an estimate. Upon arrival he inspected the property and discussed my issues and how we treat them. After giving my an estimate, he asked if I would like the services performed at that time. We agreed and I have not an issue with wasps and bees housing on my structure since.
