They advertise 24 hour service and that they can be out in 1 hour. It took them 5 hours on a Wednesday morning to return my call. I found that unexceptable and called Tim's plumbing, he was here, fixed my problem and was gone by the time they returned my call.
Description of Work: I did not have work done because I called them at 8:30 a.m. on a Wednesday and they never returned my call till 1:30 p.m.

Brian came out in less than an hour and did an excellent job. Everything was done fast. He explained everything he did and spent a lot of time explaining how to prevent backups from happening in the future. Would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Called them when my sewer started backing up. It was because I have a big tree growing over the sewer line and the line is very old.
