 + -1 moreThe transition from the former owner to myself was rough and with a lot of missing details. Joe was able to step up to the plate and get all of the tenant information for me and secure tenants in new rental agreements. The costs are fair and it is well worth it.
Description of Work: I live out of state and recently bought multiple income properties. I reached out to three other property management companies who either didn't call back or didn't seem like they were that interested in my business. I called Joe Hall at Lindsay, and was met with profesionalism and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding my properties.

 + -1 moreLindsay was recommended to me by others, so I met with Mr. Joe Hall and entered into a contract for Lindsay to manage a rental house I own in Toledo. Within a month he had a renter in the house. I've been pleased with Lindsay so far, but I'm really just getting started on a rather long-term relationship with them. So, I'm not sure I'm in a position to really rate the firm.
