 + -1 moreDO NOT GIVE A DEPOSIT TO THIS COMPANY!!! We gave them a deposit of $5,400 in September 2021 for a roof replacement and they have not done the work. They have strung us along and told us 2 weeks, 2 week, 2 weeks for 9 months. I finally had to get estimates from other roofing companies because our roof is leaking and was told by 2 companies that they never should have taken a deposit and 9 months is not reasonable. I am trying to get my deposit back. We went with them because they had great reviews, but maybe the good reviews are fake. I have requested the money back. If get the money back, I will update this review. Also, this business name is not listed in the Ohio Secretary of State corporations database. Their legal name is not Rite-On Roofing and Siding.
