Quinn Concrete has been replacing the side walk outside of my house for the past 3 days. During this time they have blocked my drive way multiple times, littered, said rude and vulgar things, and honked at us with the intention to scare us. I've tried to reach out to them multiple times through call but they will not call me back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Tore out the old and replaced in same day . He is the kind of guy I like to do business with he sent me a quote and required no money down and no signed contract just a hand shake .

I CONTACTED QUINN CONCRETE BECAUSE OF THE GOOD REVIEW HERE ON ANGIE'S LIST. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR A DRIVEWAY FOR A NEW CONSTRUCTION. I CONTACED THE COMPANY BEFORE I CLOSED ON MY PROPERTY AND TOLD THEM I WOULD CONTACT THEM AFTER THE CLOSING. I CALLED TWO WEEKS AGO TO TELL THEM I WANTED TO SEE PICTURES OF DRIVEWAYS THEY PREVIOUSLY COMPLETED AND I THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SCHEDULE A COMPLETION DATE AFTER I WAS GIVEN THE ADRESSES. THEY CALLED BACK DAYS LATER AND TOLD ME TO CHECK THEM OUT WITH THE BBB. I SAID I WANTED TO SEE COMPLETED JOBS AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL WITH ADRESSES THAT NEVER CAME. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FOURTH WITH THIS COMPANY FOR OVER A MONTH AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS AFTER AGREEING TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND SEND ADRESSES. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DARN RIGHT MEAN!!!!! I HAVE A NEW HOME WITH ROCKS FOR A DRIVEWAY. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. I WOULD NEVER, EVER. EVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY COSTED ME BIG, WITH A HEADACHE, TIME AND MONEY!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY THEY JUST MIGHT LIVE YOU HANGING!!!

(Copy of Letter Sent to [member name removed] and BBB dated 5/30/13) Dear [member name removed], We just wanted to drop you a note to apologize for any miscommunication and/or frustration that you may have experienced while trying to get your driveway completed. We truly hope that as a consumer, you got at least three prices for comparison purposes and just in case you would have to use a different contractor due to scheduling conflicts. Please understand that the majority of our workload is commercially contracted work, therefore, we are obligated (by contract conditions) to complete that work before we fulfill our residential commitments. While this in no way diminishes the frustration you felt with us, I hope you are able to better understand that we surely didn't intend to discourage you from your goal of a new driveway. As you can see, we've been in business since 1975, which in today's economy is quite an accomplishment, and is because of consumers like you who choose to spend their hard earned dollars on property improvements with small businesses like ours. They were excellent. Their price was pretty good. We got 3 or 4 estimates and they were the cheapest. They came when they said they would and they were professional.
Description of Work: We used Quinn Concrete Construction to pour a concrete floor pad for my garage and they poured the driveway all the way out to the street.
