Description of Work: Both. We had a brand new garage door opener installed with two remotes and "electric eyes" as well as a keypad for better security. Our original opener was phantomly opening at will! Had to replace it. Excellent service and a great price!

Description of Work: I had a new opener installed on a door that previously did not have an automatic opener. The install was going to be a challenge due to space constraints, but they assured me that would give it a shot, whereas other places didn't want the hassle. Less than an hour later it was installed and functioning flawlessly. The install technician programmed extra remotes for me and answered questions outside of just the ordinary install. I was very pleased with the service and the door opener is quiet and full of features.

The guy who came here was very nice and explained what needed to be done and why. I felt like he was completely competent and I would use them again.

Description of Work: One of the large springs that lift the garage door broke. I called Quality Overhead Door late in the afternoon, and they had a guy come out the next morning. He recommended that both of the springs be replaced, as they were both about 25 years old. He replaced them both in about an hour, and the door has worked fine since the repair was made. I believe the bill totaled about $225.00 for parts and labor. The technician was friendly and seemed to have a good knowledge of overhead doors and how to service them. I would have no hesitation in calling them again.

Description of Work: Our garage door went off the track the night before we were leaving for vacation. I called Quality Overhead Door and they came out at 8:00 AM the next morning, fixed the door within an hour and we were able to head out to vacation. The man was very professional and knew what he was doing. I would highly recomend this company.
