+ 2 moreWe contracted Pro-Bilt Construction to design and build a Sunroom addition on our house. We chose Pro-Bilt based on our excellent experience with them last year when we had our house re-sided, new windows installed as well as new gutters and leaf guards. We have been very pleased with the level of care and professionalism that Pro-Bilt brings to each project.We are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail that Tom Jacobs(owner) brings to each job. Our Sunroom is beautiful and looks and feels like a top-quality construction from the foundation to the top of the roof. We highly recommend Pro-Bilt for additions, siding, windows and any construction or remodeling project.
Description of Work: Pro-Bilt provided design ideas and plans and executed the entire project seamlessly. All phases were done by the book, meaning permits and inspections were taken care of and top-quality subcontractors were employed where needed with complete supervision by Pro-Bilt . The room is a wood-frame construction on a foundation with a crawl. It includes 7 sliding doors and a gas fireplace as well as tie-ins with the necessary house utilities. The ceiling is a cathedral style and is tied-in to an existing roof line.

+ 2 moreThe project was smooth despite numerous delays caused by the poor weather in the months of April and May. Our property was cleaned-up at the end of each day to minimize the disorder caused by a major project such as this. We appreciated the fact that many small details were attended to, that most larger construction companies ignore.
Description of Work: Pro-Bilt replaced 10 windows including a large bay-window, re-sided and trimmed our house, and replaced our gutters. The work ethic and level of attention to detail that was performed is outstanding. The project was handled in a manner that we felt was above and beyond most other home remodel services we have ever experienced.
