I contacted premier and was able to get an estimate on services landscape work. I was told it would bee a while before they could start. The work was to be done in stages with my vegtable garden area first. When they came out I was at work though my mother and sister were home. Mom said they worked dilligently all the time they were there. The bed was prepared very well and they started on part of the next area and did part of other projects. I was under the impression the first phase was to cost in the neighborhood of $900.00. I got a bill for $1800.00 and thought it was high for the amount completed. I also asked for an estimate on replacing my front sidewalk. Measurements were taken but an estimate was never given. Many attemts were made to contact them and there was limited responce to my concerns and finaly no calls or writen responces either. The work done however was of high quality and the woman who I spoke to initialy has a high degree of horticultural knowlege. The next time I will use another service and would do what I know what Ishould have and asked for a written est. for each phase.

We use Premier several times a year to tweak and maintain our landscaping. We spend $2000 to $5000 a year because there is always some change in the landscaping we want to do like adding a tree and plants, along with the usual mulching, weeding, and trimming. Because of them our landscaping is healthier and looks a lot better. We rate them high for quality of advice and service, and especially the expert detail work they do. We plan to keep using Premier in the future. They are top notch.
