The painter wasted my time by scheduling two appts. to give me estimates but never showed up. Highly inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior.

After receiving the proposal, I contacted Mr. P****** on April 28th to ask a few questions... After my questions were answered, I told Mr. P****** that I would like to schedule a time for him to preform the work... He replied that he would call me within a week to schedule... OK... Not a problem since I knew he might be busy... Well, I waited and waited for almost 3 weeks to hear from him (giving him the benefit of the doubt), but I NEVER received a call... So, I called Mr. P****** and left a detailed message on May 16th asking him to call me back because I have waited 3 weeks to schedule... And still NO RESPONSE... I understand if he is busy with it being spring, but not to even call or send an email with some type of excuse for the delay! I feel that it wasn't very professional or even polite not to contact a potential customer after sending out the proposal... I would be willing to talk and even give my business to him, if he would call to explain the lengthy delay and no responses... Truth is...I just worry that this shows what I could be dealing with if I have him repair my drywall...

Larry and his teammember did an excellent job painting our high ceiling hallway and other ceilings. Bathroom was professionally done. I originally had wallpaper in bathroom and it was painted satisfactory. He removed a medicine cabinet and drywalled - looks great. He works great around my dogs and he became their best friend.

They were very efficient with their work. They were organized, detailed, and professional. I would use them again in the future. I would recommend them to others.

He is very hard to contact ? he hardly ever returns phone calls ? and usually comes 1 or 2 months later than he says he will to start a job. After he starts a job he says he will be there at a certain day and time and he doesn?t show up and doesn?t call to let you know, so we spent lots of time sitting and waiting for nothing. He?s kind of messy ? when he removed the bathroom wall paper he left the old paper on the bathroom floor and walked on it for a few days so there was lots of glue dust. In one case he didn?t do what he says he would do. He was supposed to paint part of a kitchen wall to cover words written on the wall. He said he would need to put on 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint. Instead he put on 3 coats of primer because the first coat didn?t cover, and then only put on 1 coat of paint which didn?t cover the words. He wouldn?t return our calls after this so we painted it again ourselves.

The provided never responded to me with a quote. He came to look at the job, we discussed what needed to be done, and he said he would come back and give me a quote. I never heard from him again. I even called him with a follow up call, he never returned my call and never heard from him again.

Mr. P****** was punctual, professional and very tidy. Even when faced with a family emgergency, he kept focus on our job. We are thrilled with the outcome.

Larry and I met for an estimate and he was punctual. He emailed me an estimate in a few short days, which was $1,000 less than I received from another company. We set up a start date and Larry showed up every day on time. He worked steadily and got a lot done in a much shorter amount of time than I would've been able to do myself. The edges and trim were neat and clean. He had several good suggestions on how to incorporate new drywall so it would match the plaster walls in the rest of the house. I couldn't be more please with his work! I highly recommend Larry!

We have been using his services for about ten of years. No matter what we ask him to do, he does it and he does a very nice job. He is very conscientious. We are very happy with his services.

He and his wife both came. She is the business part and he is the estimator. They were very, very professional. I was very happy with how they were when they came out. They were interested in the project and I didn't have any complaints at all. His name was Larry Pollock and I had no issues with them at all. He had some family related issues and it took a little longer to get me the estimate than what he said it would take but it wasn?t an issue for me because things come up. They were right on time when they came out. I would consider using them in the future.

They have never responded with a quote. I made sure to tell them that I got their name from Angie's List and that I was a member.

Good experience with Larry. He was neat and never left a mess in the house. He is a very personable man, hard working, and detailed in his work. Larry and his staff arrived on time, were friendly and gave extra attention to my big dog while they worked on each room. The house now feels like home with Larry's help.
