Honestly Roberto, is a true professional and takes safety first. This is my second time using him in the past two years. He is reliable and goes the extra mile. The company I purchased rubber mulch , Roberto inspected the product and was a danger to our children. The mulch had metal items in them and he contacted the company and shared our concern. I ordered the mulch my self and they were not good luckily I got him to do my job and prevented injury. Thanks again

The initial experience went well. Roberto was paid half the cost of the job up front. He took down the playscape and was to install it at another location. After the playscape was take down, he never returned to complete the job. Several phone calls were made and no response was ever given. There was not even a reply to the text messages. My children were very disappointed to say the least and I think that is what I am most upset about. They were truly looking forward t their playscape. Now all they have is a muddy yard.

I left two messages for Roberto at Playground RockStars over a several week period in May 2016 that were not returned. My sister and brother-in-law used Roberto and Playground RockStars for a play structure assembly and were very pleased with him and his work. I don't know the circumstances of the unreturned messages and perhaps there is a reasonable explanation, but the situation is disappointing.

Robert was absolutely fantastic to work with on the assembly and installation of our swing set. He installed our Suncast Vista Playset. He was extremely professional, responsive and helpful to us. It was a joy to work with Robert throughout the entire process. He always responds quickly to phone calls, voicemails and emails and lets you know the next step in the process. Before we started, he went ahead and visited us to see our yard ahead of time. We really appreciated this as it helped us to decide on the placement of the swing set. He then worked with us to set up a date for the assembly/installation and was very professional at responding to any questions that we had. On the day of installation, he was amazing! Robert and one other person came and they worked non-stop and quickly had everything assembled and installed in under 8 hours. It was amazing !!! Robert definitely has exceptional skills when it comes to swing set assembly, installation and safety. This was such a fantastic experience. I would Definitely recommend Robert to anyone who is interested in this type of work. It's difficult to find contractors who do this type of work and they can be difficult to get a hold of, difficult to schedule and tend to not respond to messages and questions. Robert, however, was absolutely fantastic ! Thank you Robert for the terrific work, for your talent and for the great experience !

They: * stained the play-set * installed the play-set * they did it in a timely fashion * the estimate was right on track * Roberto and his employees were excellent to do business with - kind, courteous and professional. * after the play-set was installed - the backyard was cleaned up better then they found it. * Most of all my 2 boys love the play-set they installed . The nice thing about these play-sets are the variety of different styles and the ability to customize them. Also, as your family grows so can your play set.. You can at any time change accessories and/or add new ones. We are actually in the process of adding to the one we currently have. The kids can't wait until we have it all designed and installed. Once the weather starts to warm up.

Good...i've used them before as well. Not many people do this sort of work. He also notified me that my playset had excessive wood cracking, in which i then called the manufacturer to get warranty new wood pcs sent to replace cracking ones.
