Description of Work: Had salesperson come to home to give us a price on Sun Setter Awning and installation. We got a better price on awning if we ordered ourself. Sales person said they would still install. When we got the awning and called to set up appointment, we were told they would not install unless it was purchased from them.

+ -1 moreThe repair went well and we were only charged for the service call and a $10 part. Even though the repairman had about one hour of labor, there wasn't a labor charge or other charges on top of the service/diagnostic call. This seems very fair to me.
