Description of Work: Otha and his employees repaired two flagstone walkways and an interlock patio area and also built a short retaining wall. All these areas were well done, and individualized as requested. Otha and his workers were all timely, polite, and respectful of my ideas for the repairs. I will certainly recommend Otha to others, and will call him first for any additional landscaping work that I need.
