 + -1 moreService technician and his apprentice were finishing work in the immediate area when I called, so they were here within 30 minutes. WOW. Saved us the cost of a new cartridge by explaining how to contact manufacturer for the warrantied part. Both guys were very kind, INFORMATIVE, neat (wore booties without my asking), and professional. I have dealt with a lot of service people over the years and these guys are at the top of the heap. Stellar. I will definitely use them for future plumbing needs and will highly recommend Newell Plumbing to friends and relatives.
Description of Work: Replaced shower faucet cartridge and willingly provided many informational "tips and tricks" to help homeowner understand what was being done and why.
