Description of Work: Brian Lambert and National City Mortgage were referred to me by Vince Porter my real estate agent from Re/max Alliance Premier. Brian took his time to find the right program for me. I have had friends buy houses and they have all seemed very shocked when they found out how much they were going to have to put down, Brian estimated everything and actually had a credit toward my purchase price instead of me bringing thousands of dollars with me to close.
