It took them an extra day to come out to do it. The price of the motor was expensive. I showed someone the motor who said that maximum, this would have cost $450, not the $1500 I was charged. I knew I was going to pay but I didn't know I was getting ripped off. It was a simple replacement motor. The price I paid was 3/4 times what I should have actually paid. My advice to anyone who reads this is to not deal with this company.
Description of Work: They made the first visit and said I needed an expensive motor to replace the old one that was burned out. The next day they spent about a half hour to replace a small blower motor, which the guy wanted to take with him, but I insisted on keeping it. I showed it to some A/C people and was told it was about a $400 motor. I called the guy back and told him what I had learned and that I thought I had been grossly overcharged. He agreed to meet me the next day to discuss. He never showed up.
