It was an abominable experience. To start with, I had to wait almost 10 months for the curtains and had to fight for them to be delivered. When they came, they were not the color or even the size that I had ordered. They didn?t correspond to anything I wanted. She said that since I had signed the papers, I owed her that money. I didn?t put anything up because they weren?t the right color or the size. It was just a whole lot of money and waiting for nothing. I think I ordered them in February, and they didn?t come until fall. There was nothing I liked about it. I was totally disappointed in everything. Things didn?t come like they were supposed to. I waited for so long. It was strange - it was a terrible mess. She made me buy expensive hardware to hang these things and I didn?t use them. Her installer had to do things about 3 times, and he struck holes in my woodwork. The hardware would be lopsided, and then he would move them. He left holes every time and didn?t patch any of the holes. I have to get all my woodwork repaired. The price was very expensive. I think my total bill was approximately $6000, but I am not sure what it was. The quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were abysmal. I would never use them again.
