I didn't want to order cabinets online. I didn't want HD or Lowes particle board. So, I drove to Lily Ann to have a physical place to go back to in case there were any issues. We walked in, met Courtney (she does a fantastic job by the way), bought cabinets and were on our way in less than an hour with cabinets in the car. I was impressed with the quality of the cabinets for a RTA product. Assembly is fairly easy. I had 1 minor problem with the door gaps / hinges. After adjusting the doors as far as they go, 1 of my cabinets still has a gap between the doors that is about a quarter inch more than I would like. It is hardly noticeable, except to me. Again, it is 1 cabinet out of 3 that I bought. It is minor enough that I wasn't willing to exchange the product to correct it, so take that for what it is worth. For the price, I am very pleased. Having seen their inventory, I left confident that if I needed to exchange anything, there was no risk of out of stock items. I would definitely buy there again.

The order was delayed for nearly 2 weeks because their computer system couldn't process the payment. Several items were then back-ordered for 2 more weeks. When the installers finally arrived, they had no blueprint of how the kitchen was supposed to be designed. They only had a picture that we had picked up at The Home Depot. The sales rep had ordered the wrong cabinets, left some of the cabinets off the quote, and did not send enough trim pieces to complete the job. My decorative panels were broken, and several pieces came in severely scratched and cut. None of the drawers close correctly, none of the doors are aligned correctly, and most of the tall pieces are warped and curved. Maple hardwood should never be curved and knotted like these cabinets. We have now been waiting for nearly 12 weeks, and the company will no longer respond to my emails. The company sent the installers a magic marker to give to us for the deep scratches. They sent word that if we want replacements and the rest of our trim, that we need to buy it. This is hearsay, though, because the company has made no attempt to connect with us since March 8, 2013.
Description of Work: Company was supposed to create a 3D design for a complete remodel of our kitchen. The sales rep came to the house and took measurements, placed the order for us, and connected us with his installation team. The order was placed for over $12,000 worth of cabinets, trim, and decorative panels. We were told on January 17, 2013 that we could expect a 2-3 week turnaround on delivery, assembly, and installation for our maple hardwood cabinets. We were also paying his install team an additional $1300 for assembly and installation.
