Description of Work: They did a great job. In the future, I will schedule when I can have the windows open - there was a "chemical" smell that was unpleasant and caused headaches...can probably be avoided if windows can be open. Carpets look brand new!

+ -1 moreoverall good job. I just feel for one room they are high on the price. Back in Iowa we had the same type of service with all 3 rooms for $130.00. Being a Angie's list member I would think they price would be cheaper, they said that was with the discount, so not happy about he price.

+ 0 moreThere was a communication problem on when the job was to be performed; we thought they were coming at noon but the truck arrived at 4:00 PM. Their employee worked quickly and professionally and asked my wife to check bedroom carpet before cleaning the rest. He was very courtious and friendly. We were very pleased with their service and plan to have them return and clean the rest of the carpet in the house.
Description of Work: Cleaned master bedroom, hallway carpets, famly room and entry hall rugs.

Description of Work: Nothing. I scheduled an appointment on their website which said they would get back to me within 48 hours to confirm the appointment. Never received a phone call. Never received an e-mail and obviously they never showed on the date that I scheduled.

+ -1 moreEverything went well and the work was done in less than two hours.
Description of Work: They first vacuumed the carpet. Carpet was cleaned and also a chair. Heavy furniture they moved for us and put back. Put plastic under legs until carpet was totally dry. Carpet dries within about two hours - it never gets soaked -
