Jennite was prompt in providing me with a free estimate and for getting us on the schedule. They communicated well when rain interfered with the scheduling date and did the work as soon as possible. The work looks great!

I called too late last fall to get this done. They asked me if I wanted to be put on the list for this spring. I said that I did, they came out and left an estimate. They did call me in the spring to see if I still wanted the service as they promised. They called a few days before, scheduled the service and showed up when promised.

Overall I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work performed and customer service of Jennite. The initial work was done in October 2014 and roughly 25% of the material peeled up. Calls were made in April 2015 to get on the schedule and I was told that the soonest the work could be done is June. Called again in June and was told that it would be done by the end of the month. Had a crew randomly stop by my house unannounced to begin cleaning off the old materials to conclude that it was going to take more than a quick power wash to fix the issue. Finally, in July they were able to come out to my house to power wash and a week later I still don't have a clear idea of when the job will be done. The only thing I have to show for their work is a partially sealed driveway and a backyard cluttered with my kids playthings that I've had to move twice off of the driveway. If I was looking for a job that couldn't get carried through to completion I would have done this myself.

They pulled up all the old stuff and redid the whole black top. We have used them before.

Great, as always

The crew showed when they were scheduled and removed my old driveway. They were careful about my sprinkler heads. When the new driveway was installed they partially covered a sprinkler head. When I called, the salesman came right out to fix it. That night, it rained and in the morning, I discovered a large puddle in the middle of the driveway. I called and within 2 days a crew was back out to fix it. Unfortunately, the patch is obvious. Also, a second sprinkler head got in the way of the patch.

Unfortunately Jennite can't seem to provide an estimate as requested. I simply requested cracks sealed and not sprayed. I got an estimate without cracks being sealed and sprayed. On top of that I received a complete tear-out quote of over $8 grand. Neither are what I requested. I find it irritating and time wasted when a company tries to think for you in work that you would be paying them to do. If you can't or won't provide an estimate as the consumer requests, then just politely pass. Don't waste your time in addition to my time. Don't assume every consumer is stupid. As an ODOT Engineer I was directly involved everyday laying and inspecting hundreds of miles of pavement and concrete roads for years.

My experience with them was excellent. They replied to my inquiry. He came out here and gave me an estimate on the spot. They came back and did the job within two weeks time. They did an excellent job and I'm very happy with them.

I will use them again in the future.

They did not require money upfront. They were excellent. They were quick to do the job.

They are very efficient and it is working out well.

It was quite expensive. I was hoping to get a much better job than I could get locally, but it was about the same. I had to call them back to retouch a couple of spots, which they did.

Our experience with Jennite Company was very positive. Not only with the generous follow up service to make the job right but also with the original paving job.

I got online to contact this company for an estimate. While on their website I noticed they have a form you can fill out for them to contact you for estimates. I filled it out and submitted it. I received a confirmation email within the hour of submission. 10 days later I called to ask why I had not been contacted to have the estimate done, stating I had submitted my information online. The woman stated they must not of received it. After I explained I received a confirmation, she said that she was the one to send the confirmations out and didn't know what happened. She then took my information again and said someone would be out soon to do the estimate. 5 days later I had not heard from them again and decided I was not going any further with them when I received an e-mail with an attached estimate. The estimate was for replacing the driveway which is what I wanted but... They never contacted me to tell me they were coming for the estimate. They preformed the estimate without me present and then sent me the estimate in an email stating to sign and send back if accepted. Never called. Now, I don't know about everyone else, but I'm uncomfortable signing for a job when I've never even met with the people to do the job. Also, what if I wanted to change the driveway, they wouldn't even know. I will not be recommending them to my neighbors whom also need their driveway done.
