JAG showed up right away and found the only thing wrong with my sump pump was a stray hanger was blocking it. The pump had a slight hole in the pipe but was 7 years old. They were honest I could keep using it or get a new one since they were here. I didn't want to take the chance of it breaking down and they gave me a reasonably priced new one within minutes. What a God send they were and so appreciated.

It’s a bittersweet to leave this review for JAG Plumbing. I’ve used them on multiple occasions, but this is the first time I used them for something “big”. A complete basement re-pipe. They estimated a cost of $1,900 - $2,400, we will get to that later. I had the work done and completed on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Around 9am, I had to call to see where they were. If memory serves me correctly, they showed up around 9:30am, about an hour after they were supposed to because they needed to get a few supplies. I have to say, they did a decent job, so I thought. No leaks, check. Water runs, check. Sprinklers water, nope. Found that out today, September 11, 2021. This is why I am writing review. I was going to let it go that they did not clean up. After all, they were at my house until 5:30pm. I get it, they wanted to leave. And, because they were “here all day”, they told me the price was $2,340. A whopping $60 less than the high end. We settled and went on our way. Well, as they were leaving, I started clean up. They used a plastic film to protect the floors. Well, when I pulled it up, the glue from the plastic stuck to the floor. I pointed it out. They simply walked out the door. Back to the sprinkler. I went to inspect and saw that the valve that controls the water supply to the sprinkler line was shut off. No biggie. Until I turned it on. It leaked within seconds. They never checked it after the re-pipe repair! So, I took care of it and will need to find a new plumber. I respect the quoted price of up ti $2,400. But at that, clean up and complete the job!

It went very well . Gary gave us a nice senior discount. He is teaching his son to be a plumber. They were very efficient and careful. Will surely call him again when we need a plumber.

It went great. Came the next day and worked hard until the drain was cleared. Very pleased with the work.

Due to the nature of the scope of work, had to rely on Gary and his staff to make multiple visits to the house to work through the various phases. The project was a total rehab of a house so once all the original old plumbing was stripped, all new lines were installed. Gary was very competent in his work and I appreciated his suggestions for improvements.
