Adam the owner came out to give us an estimate and thoroughly explained all the products & warranties. He was totally professional and we felt as though he knew what he was talking about yet he wasn't at all pushy which is a total turnoff! We decided to go with Integrity after having 3 or 4 others come out. We had to wait & wait because it seemed to rain everyday, (the rainiest month on record) I believe. Once a dry spell came they called & asked if they could start the next morning and we said "sure". They arrived promptly & got started right away. They worked til dusk & returned the next morning & finished up that day. Overall, I think they did a fine job but I have one complaint & one complaint only and it has nothing to do with the roof. My husband and I never park our vehicles out in the street, we've seen too many things happen so that's why we don't. The dumpster was placed in our driveway that only allowed room for our smaller car even though we had asked them to put it back to make room for 2. Ok, not that big of a deal we thought 2 days of work means the dumpster would be in the driveway for 2 days but it was there for 4 days. One night as I was working on my computer, I heard a noise outside my window so I peeked out and 2 unknown scruffy looking men were rummaging through the dumpster, taking things to recycle, this scared the heck out of me! I had called Adam to remove it on day 3 but no such luck, he said he has no control over when that company comes to pick it up which makes no sense to me. My husband called on day 4 & put the pressure on and they sent sent someone over within an hour. Now if this dumpster incident doesn't bother you, then I would highly recommend Integrity Roofing but it is the only reason I'm giving them a "B" instead of an "A"!
Description of Work: Complete roof tear off, (one layer), new underlayment, drip edge, roof vents & shingles.
Integrity oversaw this project from inception to completion. It was an intense project involving major aesthetic and engineering components. At the outset Integrity oversaw the addition of 1100 square feet of basement to the house's existing 1000 square feet of basement. This was a major job, involving massive steel beams, rerouting of utilities and tie-ins between the existing foundation and the new structure. Above the basement Integrity built a complex structure involving significant roofing angles because of a large vaulted ceiling over the living room. I can't emphasize strongly enough how well this structure was built. Typically, large additions involving new foundation, roof and break-throughs from the existing structure lead to leaks, cracks and trouble. It has been three years now since Integrity completed our addition and there have been no cracks, no leaks, no foundation problems. Integrity's owner, Mario, is a man of his word. His employees are kind, conscientious and courteous. We are most pleased and grateful for their work on our house. Moreover, Mario's suggestions for aesthetically tying the two structures together were instrumental in creating an overall structure which few would guess was the result of an original structure and an addition.
Description of Work: Integrity oversaw and built an 1100 square foot addition to our home. The addition (for my mother-in-law) included a basement, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The addition's exterior walls matched the brick veneer of the existing house perfectly. Integrity also added a front porch to the existing house and converted the existing Dutch Colonial second floor veneer to stucco which matched accent stucco on the new addition.
