He was supposed to call me back to discuss options and provide a detailed estimate for fixing 3 leaks. When I did talk to him, it was like he didn't think there really was a big problem and didn't seem to have a defintive solution to the leaking. I was referred to another company (or guy?) for doing the gutters, and he called. He did not have the correct information on what I was supposed to have done, and the quote over the phone did not match up to the work we originally discussed. I am disappointed because it seemed like they really did not care too much about helping me. Leaks in your house are serious problems and I wish they would have been more attentive to my concerns.

Integrity roofing contacted me the next day and had someone out to walk through the install process quickly. The install guys were great left no mess and there is a noticeable reduction in heat costs. I will use them in the future and I recommend them strongly.

2 of the company employees came for gutter cleaning and roof inspection. They did a thorough roof inspection and the good thing was the pictures they took of the roof. They did not give me the pictures right away but had emailed the pictures to me the same day. I liked their prompt response. They also did a good job cleaning the gutters.

They were prompt, courteous and explained everything in detail. People think insulating is a do it yourself job but they did some things the average person wouldn't think of - like putting additional baffles to the eaves so the house can still breathe. We were very impressed with their level of detail and our old house is a lot warmer. Thank you, Integrity! We definitely recommend them.

Brandon arrived on time, and was very professional. He cleaned all of our gutters and even did a minor repair. We offered him a tip for all of his work and he politely refused the tip, said it was just part of his job. We definitely will use Integrity Roofing for all of our roofing needs in the future. He exceeded our expectations and that doesn't happen very often it seems these days! I'll be telling all of my friends about his exceptional service too.

Ross was the roofer, he was very professional and did a thorough job of evaluating the entire roof, explaining on why the roof was letting in water around the chimney and how he would fix the problem, so it would not occur again. The inspection and repair was completed in the same day. We are very happy with the outcome.

It went well. They were here on time. Everything went well. They were good because he checked my roof and gave me a writeup of some of the things that he found. Even though it's a new roof that I have got installed probably about 6 years ago and that was it. He told me to call him anytime. He was good. He did what I asked him to do.

Adam Becker, owner of Integrity Roofing and Construction was great. The company contacted me immediately to set-up an appointment for Adam to come and check the insulation in my attic. He told me that I had sufficient insulation and felt that I didn't really need anymore. He then went up on the roof to check vents, chimney and the roof, itself. I really appreciate the time he spent here and his honesty. Thank you, also, to Angie's List. I have always recieved total satisfaction in the services that you provide.

I called Integrity roofing because a neighbor had a good experience with them. I had to wait 8 days for someone to come and give me an estimate. After that I waited several more days and I got a phone call giving me a ballpark figure. I asked that a quote be written and emailed to me which they agreed to do. I waited two weeks and received nothing. I called Salgau Roofing they came the same day and started work the next day. The job was finished in three days. Integrity Roofing wasted my time.

Two men came out to do the work. They were exceptionally polite and professional. They cleaned the gutters and took pictures of a couple trouble spots on my roof around the skylight and chimney. After the job, they showed me the pictures and gave suggestions. No real high-pressure sale, just the facts. They obviously took pride in their company and made sure I knew they were fully bonded and BBB accredited. I will probably have them do the work for the skylight and chimney problems. They did suggest a gutter replacement but I will get a couple more estimates/opinions before I take that plunge. Very positive experience.

They removed the old shingles and put on the new. Where a little repair was needed on the soffit, they took care of it. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the quality.

Integrity folks are professional, polite and affordable. Most of the job, however, was subcontracted out to a firm that wasn't aware of the job schedule and time constraints and were very slow going. Once Integrity intervened, the siding moved ahead quickly and Integrity was very concerned. The quality was excellent and the firm really wants to please the customer. Overall, I give them an A with the caveat that make sure any subs also know your needs.

Shed needed a roof, some new plywood, gutters, downspouts, fascia, paint, etc. Tear off old roof and haul debris away. I thought the price was too high for a shed. I can't say if their work would have been good quality because I didn't hire them. I did have it done by another company for less money. This is a rental house, so I was not going to input a lot a money. At least they did give me a written estimate. I had dealings with about 4 other companies that looked at the work to be done and promised an estimate and then I never heard from them.

Everyone I dealt with at Integrity was professional, courteous, and responsive, from the roofing crew to the repair crew, and including Adam, who priced the job for us. I really enjoyed working with them, and feel they did a terrific job on the roof. I asked them for an estimate on painting my house as well. That came in a bit high, and I didn't end up using them, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any job you have in mind.

The job went well. They came out right away to give an estimate. Once we could get the weather to cooperate with their schedule, work commenced. It took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but maybe that was weather related also. I had a nice chat with the job foreman at the beginning. He explained why he handled certain details in certain way. When the job was finished, Nate came out and we looked the work over together. It appears to be well done. There were two spots that I would like to have calking and Nate said he would send someone out to catch those. Otherwise it looks good, and comes with a 10 year warranty.

Over all it went well.Once they finally got started the workers worked most of the day in 90+ degree heat and got the roof up in 4 days. The installers seemed to know what they were doing but they could be a little bit more professional. There was a few issues at first but they came back out within the week to repair it and now everything is in good shape. I did find it annoying that the scheduled date for my roof kept being pushed back but I understand that some of that was due to the weather. Also the installers could have given me some warning before starting at 6:30am but with the heat it was understandable why they started so early in the morning. In the end, the roof looks great and I feel like I got a really good roof for a reasonable price.

I am waitying to see if the evaluation of the problem was correct.

I am in the process of purchasing a home. The house currently has no gutters and needs them so I called to get a "Free Estimate" for gutters as offered on their website. I was told that, since I wasn't the home owner at this moment, I would have to purchase a roof inspection and certification in order to get the estimate on the gutters. This was going to cost me $150. So much for a "free estimate" I did not agree to the demand and told them I would go elsewhere with my business.

Integrity was careful to get a good estimate for the work to be done and the materials needed. They also had a site supervisor show up and inspect the scope of work before the job. That same inspector returned as the job was finishing up, and did a thorough final inspection while the crew was still there, in case any corrections were needed. I stayed home to witness the whole job. The 8 to 10 workers were very conscientious. They showed up on time. They worked in a professional manner. They took care to not damage plants around my house during the tear-off of old roofing. They adequately protected the partially covered the roof at the end of each workday of 3 workdays. And they were careful to clean up the removed roofing down to the little scraps of tar paper and stray nails. When it was over, they removed all their equipment and leftover supplies that evening, including having the dumpster of old roofing hauled away also before end of that day. I was thoroughly pleased with the job, and the appearance of the new roof, and the guarantee that came with it.

Great- They priced several windows and thought that they would have to remove the window in order to get to the rotted wood. They were up front and said that several were not as bad as they thought so they revised the bill. They were a little high on the side entry door and I wasn't sure what quality they quoted. They spoke to my husband and he didn't ask and so when I insisted they tell us what quality they were able to get a different door that was lower in cost. Overall it went great. I was happy that we didn't have to remove all the windows. They were able to match the same style as the wood with the metal. I would use them again.

Estimator was punctual and professional. I found the prices to be on the high side and went with another Angies list provider.l

From the initial contact to request a quote through the final inspection the communication and punctuality was excellent. Rather than measuring the roof and leaving a quote in the mail box, Adam set up an appointment and came out to inspect the attic, discuss the options, how the roofing system would be installed, warranties, and company information. Their price was very competitive with other quotes obtained with the same and better quality material. They informed us before they were going to start the work and arrived when planned. Except for weather delays, they completed the job in the number of days proposed. Workers were very courteous and asked daily if there were any issues. Our house has large trees and a lot of landscaping. They protected it and there was no damage. Daily clean up was excellent. While we did not have the eave troughs replaced, they replaced a couple of sections that were damaged at no additional cost. There were no additional charges. We were very pleased with their work, professionalism and concern about doing a good job.
