Considering that it was a big job taking place on the 2 hottest days of the year, it went pretty well. A few glitches that were taken care of within a week.

Over-View The salesman was very responsive when I called to make an appointment for a quote. He was very professional, and quoted me a price that I thought was fair. This was based upon the repair reimbursement given to me by my insurance company. He estimated that the work should start in 4-6 weeks. It took them almost 3 months to start the project. Once started the repairs were done in 3 days with a 1 day follow-up. Why the follow-up, to complete a few small unfinished items which were overlooked, and to redo a portion of the skirting to allow easier access to the bottom of the mobile home. Here is the breakdown for the various rating categories: Quality:: The quality of the materials seemed first rate. The quality of the work done, plus follow up crew was fine. Responsiveness: I originally was going to give them a C grade in this category. As I was advised a 4-6 week delay in starting this project, no one ever notified me that there was going to be a delay. I had to contact them to see when they could begin and even then it was miscommunicated. The reason I gave them a B rating was the project manager was responsive to my concerns regarding the underneath access to my mobile home, and did what he could based upon the materials used to satisfy them. I'm not 100% happy, but I can live with it. Punctuality: They were on time once start date was finally confirmed. They showed up even earlier than what I expected. Professionalism: Due to the miscommunications and delay in beginning this project, I could not honestly give them an A for this category. From the outside looking in, at times, it seemed like the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing or saying. I really wanted to give Integrity an overall grade of A. I just couldn't due to the problems expressed above. Like many, I've heard the horror stories regarding home repair disasters, and the closest we've come to "construction", is when we pick up a dictionary. We depend upon these professionals to guide us thru this process, with truth and honesty. I do believe they are honest company, and are not out there to fleece their customers. Are they perfect, no, but if I ever need to do another home repair project, I will call them again.

Started and completed as scheduled and as quoted. Knowledgeable and friendly workers. Excellent cleanup on completion of job. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and thorough from estimate process to finished project. I have had bad experience with roofers "fixing" the problem and then disconnecting their phone. This time I went for experience and long standing in the business instead of just price. During their work they discovered more issues with wood around our chimney. They were upfront about everything which was appreciated. After a month we found there was still some leaking...they came right back until it was fixed with no additional cost. I highly recommend this company.

They were prompt and very professional. They worked fast (even on weekends and during rain and snow) to get the various jobs done, yet with much care and and expertise. Whenever we had a question or concern, we were able to reach Nate, our project manager, immediately. Their clean-up crew did a wonderful job (I have to admit, I was concerned that our yard looked like a demolition area!), however, I need not have worried. The clean-up was impeccable. Also, their final price stayed within the estimate they had provided us 2 months before. We would HIGHLY recommend them for any contracting job!

Over the past month, I have contacted Integrity at least 4 times and I still don't have a quote for the two new entry doors. I am so disappointed because they were very attentive when I needed my roof replaced. I have been waiting for over a month for a response. I don't think that I should have to contact a vendor 4 times for me to have them perform services at my home. The last response was I think that Tuesday will work. Today, no one showed up for the quote and I did not receive a phone call. I will not be contacting them again unless they need to do warranty work on my roof.

Job went very well. Did everything plus few minor detail. Professional. Very tidy. All in all, EXCELLENT job.

When Integrity first came to my house for the estimate, I was grateful that Adam took so much time to explain roofs to me. I have not ever had to buy a roof to date. When I got the estimate there were thee options for roofs. Integrity did not try to over sell me. Once I made my decision, I had to give a 25% deposit. Once the roof was ready to be put on, Integrity sent 12 workers to my home and the roof was done within 1.5 days. It was amazing. They cleaned up everything. The gutters and gutter guards were installed the next week. Then Nate came by to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Then I paid my balance. It was the simplest home repair to date.

The bricks on my chimney crown were crumbling/falling apart along with the concrete on top and I noticed cracks in at least the first tile in looking from the top down . I requested a quote on what should be done to fix the masonry so I can use the fireplace. This is a specific job so I wasn't able to utilize their full package price structure that was presented to me, which in my opinion was a bit hazy, but I'm sure it's a valuable program and works great! It was mentioned to me that they could replace the masonry on the crown but could not guarantee that once this would be complete that my fireplace would be in good working condition. I thanked them for their time and proceeded on to the next quote.

Did not hire.. Price quoted was $7000 higher than next closest bid. Felt there was to much pressure to sign.

They did a great job with the service! I had used them before at my old house too, and they did a good job with that as well. They were very helpful and nice.

Went well. They inspected the roof and advised of needed repairs. Performed work same day as inspection. Workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Dominic gave us a price and replaced the cap within 15-30 minutes.

They are on Angie's List. It was really slow starting. We hired them in the summer but we got so much rain that they kept getting pushed back, but we were okay with that. There was nothing dire that we had to have replaced immediately. It was our first time using them. I really think the crew was really responsive, they were polite, and they explained things. There is one other thing they are going to do with the roof. It was something that we agreed upon. We are just waiting for the weather to warm up so they can come back and there's one little piece to finish. They are going to replace our front door and the sidelights. We were given several options and we picked the best that we could. The price was high, but I like the quality and the durability of the product. I called a bunch of different companies on Angie’s List and they were the only ones that bothered to call me back. We were happy with what they told us so we went with them, but I thought it was pretty shabby of the other people. We would write down the line and call people on the list.

We were very pleased with Integrity. We liked the crew assigned to our house. They were professional and I felt extremely comfortable leaving the house to run errands. Our only complaint was the lack of communication in the beginning. We had a start date scheduled and no one arrived or called to notify me of the delay. Despite the rocky start, I would definitely use them again.

The work was performed quickly. The employees were courteous. Work was started as planned and finished in two days. A supervisor came to our house after work was complete to check with us and on results. After all work was complete we did contact our project specialist with a few concerns. First, when cleanup around the home was complete, all of our mulch from flower beds was also removed along with debris. While we certainly appreciate the debris removal (especially nails), the cost to replace the mulch was pricey. Second, the dumpster in the driveway (one car driveway) was not removed for 3 days after the job was complete. We had gotten a significant snow fall and it was very difficult to shovel around and took up the only off-street parking spot we have. Finally, when we entered our attic in the spring to change a furnace filter we were dismayed to find tar paper, soot, and shingle pieces all over the attic - including all items stored up there. We have not yet found a solution to this problem as much of the debris covers the insulation. If this is a standard problem then we would have liked to know in advance.

When I was contacted by company after about 3 weeks after the original estimate, they asked why they did not get the roofing job on my house ,I told that them their estimate was the highest by about $7000.00 then the next closest bidder. Upon hearing this, they thanked me and hung up the phone. About 2 days later, they called back, and said they had made an error in the original estimate and lowered their price about $7000.00. I said that was nice, but I had already contracted with another company to do the job. Again, they said thank you, and hung up the phone. The salesman was very nice, but I have to wonder, if I had not gotten any other bids, and the company discovered the price error after I signed the contract, would they have refunded me the difference? Will never know

The guys did a real good job. They followed up on a problem around large exhaust fan that they originally built protection around. They thought we still used the fan but would not now that insulation was in attic. Brandon came back and removed the protection around the fan and filled the void with blown in insulation. Integrity is their name and it applies. In my opinion they are a great bunch of guys and gals that put the customer first.

Although we are awaiting the final stage of the project all work to date has been performed with excellent quality and customer service. All responses have been timely. The materials used in repair have been appropriate and cost efficient.

It went okay and they did a decent job. The price was just fair and their service was prompt. We let them work in our house and in parental. They took them 2 days to come back abut they were on job and did it very quickly.

Very good! They were nice people. We have a funky roof and there was garage too. His pricing was a little blow but not too low. It was good. They cleaned up and did it in a timely manner, did not ask for anything, and just did their job. They have good pricing, professional, and did a good job.

Excellent. They went above and beyond expectation. This company, when quoting, were the only people that actually took the time to walk the roof and inspect it. Their proposal was very detailed, with samples. No pressure sales was a plus. It was late in the season, but their workers worked hard to get the job done on days that weather co-operated. Others had quoted 1-2 days for install. I can't see how that would've been possible. I didn't want my roof work rushed thru with 20 people on the roof at the same time. It concerned me in regards to quality and safety of the crew. I'm glad I went with Integrity Roofing. In general, I'm happy with performance, the look, and expect a long term, no leak roof.
